The simplest way is to do a kickflip into a manny and back out with a kickflip. Kickflip like normal and hold the right stick half-way down to land in a manuel, but to exit with a flip flick the right stick diagonally up from the inital manuel position. If you put the right stick all the way down it may not count. The original skate. (2007) game teaches you the basics better than Skate 3. Let me know if this helps
