I’m using a Goccopro do you recommend a particular squeegee or paint.

You would normally choose your squeegee hardness based on the type of products you wish to print (soft fleecy sweatshirt vs. t-shirt) as it determines how much ink is laid down. That said, there are many factors at play and the speed of printing, angle of squeegee and more play a role as well.
The main thing to contend with here is that the screen tension on Goccopro is very low and this brings many challenges. You may need to experiment with different durometer (hardness) squeegees to see what yields the best results for your setup and product combination.
As for the ink, you should be able to use any screen printing ink, but for ease of use, Plastisol would be much more manageable as it will not dry in the screen. There are many things to consider here too, i.e. the type and size of dryer you are using would determine what you can feasibly cure correctly without multiple passes through the dryer. Water based inks normally require a much larger dryer whereas Plastisol can be cured in a smaller chamber.
I hope this helps a little.
