A big round of applause for them,,,, oh well they deserve more than that. ^_^
Also, I read that they're the second most popular group (or maybe the second most popular girl group -- good either way!) at festivals, because they really sing live and they have fun genuine ad libs that they change up a lot, and they're funny and loveable and always show up and PERFORM. So... here's the cool part... they've already paid back their agency! Our beautiful talented ladies are actually making money for real at this point, and I say Hell yeah, um oh ah yeah!
What makes me sad is that most K-pop stans don't know anything about who the veteran singers are and thus don't see why we keep on saying Mamamoo are not your average idol group, but the bridge between idols and artists. #BeLisMaMoo is about people listening to and believing in Mamamoo. And these people include: Moos, other K-pop stans, general public, fellow idol singers, seniors and veteran singers, and finally, singing legends. This group attracts so many different people. VERY RARELY you find a group who really hit both publics, and Mamamoo do that, that's why even if some songs don't chart well on music ranks, her albums sold very well, because they hit the *key demography* that's why so many brands are looking for MAMAMOO. That's why they are becoming famous even between non kpop listeners and entertaiment artist.
Lots of groups work hard for years, sacrifice so much for their career, so ofc a lot of them deserve the same success and fame as BP. But BP also deserves every ounce of success they have.
