Toll Brothers are known for constructing Cookie cutter tract houses! Why spend so much money on a cookie cutter house? That is similar to the houses across the street plus with overpriced HOA!
My best guess would be late summer - fall. I am not too sure though. I have been seeing many builder signs that say they will begin next phases in the fall of 2022 though.
