I mean it starts to engage on quite a small movement of lever. However it never slipped. (Full throttle at 4-5k RPM on 4th gear. As I can't do or afford for the job you've done and change the clutch, the question is: is the clutch almost gone in my bike, or it's only in my head?
That fabric may be a clue. I saw a movie where fabric was responsible for push rod rattling.
I had already replaced the rod and the felt fabric bush

Hi, I have this problem too.did you solved it now? For me also about 3000 or 4000 rpm and giving throttle I have a noise like rattling
