This version was produced in the same sessions as "Working Undercover For The Man", but was not used. It is much closer to the rock version played at shows in 1999. Beginning in 2015, live performances of the song have again been done in this rock style.

@@notanotherjamesmurphy5574 Sorry, I was mistaken, Linnell wrote this song. I was remembering the scene in Gigantic when Flansburgh presented the first demo to Linnell and others. I don't know of a version with Flans singing. Sorry for the confusion.

@@TMBGRarities that’s what I’m confused about & what’s unusual about it. I just watched the clip in Gigantic of Flans showing his demo with his vocals to Linnell & the band in the studio, it’s at 9:52. I’ve never seen that version anywhere
