Good information. I deal with a lot of small businesses and we tend to either be converting from online solutions to a local install with the ability to synchronize with an online cart or product. One thing for the viewers to keep in mind regarding pos is internet consistency and ongoing fees. If either of these is an issue then I would seriously consider whether going online vs offline for the pos software itself is a good idea. As for the merchant account (card processing), that's another beast, but the only thing you need to keep in mind is the effective rate. (Fees / Processing Revenue). It doesn't matter what the rate is if you're paying more than you should. There are a lot of hidden fees in the card processing industry. Be mindful, be educated.
Do you use WP all import for synchronizing to an online cart or product from the vendors physical shop saas or pos? I am trying to build a marketplace where vendors have access to it and can upload their items from their physical store and webstore if they have one. But getting a live data feed so that stock and prices show in my marketplace is challenging as WP all import is not a live data feed. I think something like a custom api or something but I dont know. There are also many different Saas and pos used by different vendors. Do you have any suggestions please?
Hi Javon, So I understand properly, you're looking for a card reader which integrates with quickbooks? Which EPOS app are you using? If you come over to our site and jump on intercom (the corner in the bottom right) we can get this sorted for you via livechat. - Adam.
Is it that POS can use for bundle promotion ? . . Example 1 bread = £3.50 If customer takes 3 bread, the price will automatically turns to £ 10.00 and following the inventory which is will cut 3pcs breads in the stock.
