I have the Margaux bag in medium . The leather is very hard wearing. It looks completely new despite of me carrying it with me in local trains in India. I would say the medium holds its shape better . The mini is too small and the large one doesn't hold the shape well.
The medium one holds pretty lot of stuff.
I can guarantee its gonna look good even after 20 years.

I wouldn’t, I had a light nude bag in a similar pebbled leather and got color transfer from my dark jeans (they weren’t new jeans).
