Those insane rolls at 3:13 . What's your technique because I absolutely can not roll fast enough on that section. I play with the GH:WT drum kit. I even tried LLRR rolling at different heights and grips but I feel like to even reach that speed my pads aren't rebounding well enough. Been thinking of upgrading to an actual electronic kit if the pads are actually much better.
I don't really know how this guy is doing it, but I believe Mitch played them as 16th note paradiddles, RLRRLRLL. The high tom would come on the first right and the second left and the floor tom would come on the fourth right and the rest would be played on the snare, so it would be like:
R(High) LRR L(high) R(Floor) LL
