For some of the best food, eat at the very popular Fadha'a Alzaytoon (Espace Azzaitoune) Moroccan restaurant for tajine, bokhari, kebab, tangier, chicken tikka, sausages, head, feet, brains and livers. All traditional dishes are cooked fresh every day at this Moroccan restaurant and the owners have been running the restaurant, which includes a butcher, for generations - keeping traditions alive and appetites for comforting foods satisfied.

Sorry the late reply Pedro. Been traveling 😂 The names of the dishes in this vid are in the description. Lots of good stuff there like bokari - steamed meat. Moroccans don’t use much spice in this kind of cooking but if you’d like to know how to make a tajine, the great tajine cook in this video showed us how in his home.
