Im a therapist and I had a client that would always come in talking about abuse by her husband. One day she literally said to me that she tells me all these things because itll be in my record in case she ever needed it. This client has a personality disorder and is very difficult to deal with. I was advised by the head psychiatric supervisor to always document that I offered her dv shelters and that she would refuse them.
Thing is, it's difficult to leave your abuser while currently being abused! I had to come up with very creative ways to leave mine and it wasn't easy... but only once you're gone you can get your mind clear, get counseling for healing, and begin to move on! If you can solve that problem in itself then you may be able to change someone's life!

She was with him for decades and even divorced him and remarried him at some point. Got a restraining order then decided to reconcile. Not everyone is a victim. I have been criticized by my former abuser for my lack of eye contact with him after I finally realized who he was. We share a child together so no contact isn't possible. He constantly tries to get me to look him in the eye and talk to me to convince me that it was my fault. I really identify with Johnny for refusing to look at her. After someone has treated you that way, you can't give anymore of your soul to them and as we know, eyes are windows. Hearing that bit in the trial really sealed the deal for me.
I can't either, after 32 yrs he's still part of my life and I can't walk away completely but I can't be alone with or look him in the eye. Heck I can't look at him period. Every word AH said made me sick to hear because I lived those things and you can't "react" as she claims I lost my identity my voice my everything.. I was isolated with no one but my children & him with his family. I hid all the time but shielded my kids by doing everything they were supposed to do and keeping them from getting in trouble, I thought I hid what I got but didn't, I cried alone but they saw.. they knew more than I realized. I've only been out a few years and still don't feel confident. AH is a narcissistic abuser she is no survivor or victim her reactions and the way she describes things are that of the narcissistic making their victim feel crazy and unbelieved by others, and she's mimicking any story she hears to look more victimized. She gives me panic attacks and sets off my ptsd
You might want to look into a supervised access centre. They facilitate exchanging your child while not having any contact between the parents. Worked well for me.

Being a victim of SA this is driving me crazy. A survivor would never do this. Emotions would be high and she wouldn’t be doing all these interviews with a straight face. Many if not all would cower down like Johnny did in trial. I have a hard time not being triggered by her. Can’t she be tried for defamation again for still talking about this? A lawyer had a very cynical take which was that she was doing this in a last ditch attempt to draw out a juror to interview as a possibility that maybe the juror makes a mistake which could be used for an appeal. Jurors explaining they did something incorrect is basically the most powerful way to appeal a jury decision. Essentially they think she went out and made herself look this foolish to get a juror to make a mistake because the jurors want to defend their decision after this monster attempts to discredit them. It seems like maybe it worked because a juror did an interview like directly after amber heard's press tour. They didnt do anything incorrect though so it failed.
The funny thing to me is, that EVERYTHING she says about her not being believed, being ridiculed for speaking out, evidence not being taken seriously etc, ALL of that is exactly what male victims experience - especially when their abuser makes claims they were the real victim. I’m on the fence as to whether Johnny should sue her again for this “round 2” defamation. After careful consideration I’m leaning toward not suing her. Why? Because suing her would satiate her need to continue to wedge herself into his life, even if in a negative way. This is what a narcissist needs - to be relevant and somehow in control. I specifically remember her telling everyone she told NO ONE! Including police or “doctors” about abuse! Now all of a sudden she has a whole “history” of “therapist notes”!? Ugh! She’s so frustrating!

Correction: she had the divorce settlement money for 13 months before Johnny started his lawsuit against her. She's had it for years now. She tried to say on the stand she couldn't donate it bc johnny sued her and he corrected her by handing Camille a note that she read "you had the divorce settlement for 13 full months before Johnny filed the lawsuit".
I went to my doctors the other day and there was a notice up that said 'Men are victims of domestic violence too' and a phone number for help. It's the first time I have noticed this, before it was just a notice about help for domestic violence. I wonder if this new one has come about because Johnny has brought it to the fore.

Exactly what I said! I felt depressed, angry and then numb BEFORE I crawled outta my deep dark hell hole. During that process I was loosing the love I once had. I was with him for 11years. The last 4years is the time when I felt my love fading. I can absolutely say I do NOT love my ex at all! I never want to see or hear his voice again! All the good times which there wasn’t many I can’t even remember any good times! I want to erase him if possible! Also, the last 4or so years I started recording my ex narcissist husband over 100 recordings and there’s not ONE time you will hear me taunting, making fun of, laughing at or anything like that with my ex. At that time I was numb. I stopped fighting. I gave up! Nothing was worth it anymore. I was so done with the marriage. If anything you’ll hear me agreeing to whatever he was saying. I wasn’t listening. I learned how to block his voice out. He would be fighting with himself on many of my recordings because I stayed silent. I learned over time that ANYTHING I said would be held against me and anything I said was wrong. So on a lot of these recordings all u hear is him bitching. I listened to one not long ago. And he was bitching at me about something wrong he did to me. Accusing me of cheating when really it was him the whole time! Man it felt good to listen back to that and NOT have to deal with that now. Wow! So much peace since I gave up on our marriage. Life is way to short to live my life with someone like that. It felt like I was living with an enemy. It felt like he sucked me dry. And if I continued to allow him. I would have died. It was hard to crawl out. I saw no light at the end. But thank god I got enough strength and haven’t looked back since. A light switch went off and since then. I was awake! Enough is enough. 11 years of the same bs! Life is way to short! JD said it best. “I was married to someone that never existed”!!!!! BOOOM! That hit so close to home. And when he yells. “You make me SICK…… of MYSELF!!!!!!!”” I completely understand! It brings me straight back to when I felt the exact same.

Exactly. I was in an abusive relationship for 8 years and thankfully I had friends who helped me get out. That was over 10 years ago and to this day if I'm out in public and see someone who looks like him I have to fight against having a panic attack. To my knowledge, he still lives in the same area and I don't go to certain places in fear of running into him. I even changed jobs because when I first left he stalked me at work. I do not see how she can sit there and say she loves him if what she says he did is true.
No matter how many interviews or any other ways Amber seeks to tell her story of lies, there will be thousands of real survivors of abuse who will never forgive her for what she has and continues to claim . I was nearly killed at the hands of my partner. It took nearly a week before I could open my mouth to speak or even to eat anything. Before then I sipped thru a straw to somehow stay alive. This happened to me over 34years ago. Yet the horrors still live in my world every day. I have panic attacks when I see someone who looks like him . I am afraid to come face to face with anyone who is aggressive. It took years for me to not walk with my head down, avoiding eye contact with others. I felt such shame and the nightmares continued to haunt my days for a very long time. And now we have the gold digger crying abuse in order to destroy him for his fortune. Its a sin against all humans male or female, young or old who have known the harm that is realized thru being abused. I hope she is able to find dome mental health help. Because I believe she is a time bomb just waiting to explode. I also pray that someone manages to insure her little girl is safe. She hopefully will not be the one to reap Ambers hate full on. But she was and never can claim to of been a victim of abuse. Because she smells like an abuser no matter which way the wind is blowing.

@@urban_fox4658 Thank you for your reply to my comment. Thank God I did not have children with my abuser. That is really a horrible fate for a mother, when her children become part of the nightmares. My heart goes out to those male and female who suffer at the hands of another. We as individuals have no right to lay hands on another. It is unforgiveable no matter what excuse one may guve. I have felt so strongly about that , that I never ever laid a hand on my children. And I made sure they understood why our family respected others rights to not be abused. My children have grown up to be very loving and caring individuals who respect themselves and others. My experiences with abuse was beyond anything any person should ever be forced to realise. It was something that to this day I still find myself reflecting upon. Those scars are never really healed. Just as I know in my heart that there are so many others out in this world that are hiding inside of themselves. It breaks my heart. Johnny will have the demons from his experiences with Amber for the rest of his life. He will hopefully find a wonderful, loving and understanding woman going forward who will be patient with his healing. Because for every horrible, hateful memory there are countless tears left behind that need time and patience to be able to travel towards the road of forgiveness and healing. For every harm that is caused another shall suffer. It would certainly be wonderful if our world could find it possible to share laughter rather than screaming at each other. My prayers are for the children who see this horrible abuse and feel guilty because they can not help the one they love to escape or to protect them. We need to find a way to help them heal also. Regarding therapist notes: every health worker is a mandatory reporter and if therapist believed that there was any physical abuse he would have to report it. In another words, he knew she is lying and building a case against Johnny. Similar happened to my sister, her ex husband told her straight he'll build a case and make her look suicidal so when they find her dead they'll think she committed suicide. He reported her missing just to say she is suicidal even he knew very well where she is. Amber is dangerous!
And reporting abuse to a therapist is hearsay. If I want to hospital after getting the shit beat out of me that’s an official medical record that can be used in a court. If I go to my therapist a week after getting the shit beaten out of me and say ‘oh this happened to me and my partner did it to me’ and the therapist takes notes that textbook hearsay

I had a relationship with a Vietnam veteran with PTSD. I could see it in his eyes and he had nightmares reliving things. That is how i know what he did and some things that happened because he talked in his sleep. He never could say one word about it when awake and all he wanted to do was silence the words and images in his head. Heard is so full of it and a setback for everyone with real problems. The biggest WTF moment for me in this interview, and to be fair there were a FEW to say the least.... Was when she was explaining how someone who is a victim of domestic abuse, will sometimes take blame and blah blah blah, but she says "might not have the resources that YOU OR I might have" meaning shes not a part of the group she was speaking about (actual victims) Its a big slip up and just adds another tick in the collection of boxes that clearly proves shes full of shit.

A therapist is someone who takes notes on everything you say and that's exactly what therapy notes are. That's why they weren't admissible into court. The judge would have admitted them if there was anything in those notes that said the therapist witnessed injury from abuse. On top of that a therapist is obligated to notify the police if their "patient" is in any kind of way in a battered or abusive state or in an abusive situation. THOSE ARE FACTS. She was allowed free range (6 years worth) of claiming Johnny was abusive, with the whole world on the internet demonizing Johnny, but now that it's a women being put in the light, iIt's sezzist hive mind? and remember, all AH had to do was say he was an abuser. And she testified that the first incident he hit her was n 2013, then tried to change it to 2012 during the trial, now she says the binder is from 2011. So when did it actually start Amber?

I didn't see any signs in the crowds waiting for Johnny at the trial. She said there were signs "Burn the witch" and that they would like to microwave her baby. I watched the trial or recaps every day and didn't see even one of those signs.
I wish more people would point out and comment on her saying “I still love him, I loved him” and talking about him positively after all the things she accused him of. I’ll say my abuser didn’t do half of what she said Johnny did to her and by the time I was trying to get out in the safest way possible for me I didn’t just have zero love. I had HATRED in my heart. It's been decades since I escaped my abusive ex husband. I cannot find a single shred of positive feelings for him. I don't think about him much at this point. I have a wonderful husband now and amazing children. But...when I do think of him, it's nothing but negative thoughts. He physically abused me, but the mental abuse caused far more lasting damage. I have healed for the most part, but I will never be the woman I was before him. He was a master of gaslighting and he constantly told me that I was stupid. He gradually isolated me so his voice was the only one I heard for the most part. This was before cell phones, and long distance was expensive. We lived 2000 miles away from my family and friends, so I had very little imput other than his.

The therapist was ONLY writing what Amber had told her, but that is NOT what the therapist would have noted ON HER OWN, nor would it include the therapist CONFIRMING any of the things that she was told by observing bruising, cuts, swelling, injuries of any type. AND ON TOP OF THAT, a therapist is NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL that can provide MEDICAL TESTIMONY OF INJURIES. So her binder is not only hearsay (as the therapist would have no 1st hand knowledge), but also IRRELEVANT because the therapist would have no medical knowledge to determine if any type of injury was treated, or how it would have been caused.
And there are pics on Ambers IG of her training for Aquaman 1 and 2 - and she visibly has bruises all over her body that she notes several times were from her training - and she also notes she had been away from JD for the training for weeks so not an excuse for any supposed bruises he’d given her - she’s a liar and a clown!!!

Im a therapist and I had a client that would always come in talking about abuse by her husband. One day she literally said to me that she tells me all these things because itll be in my record in case she ever needed it. This client has a personality disorder and is very difficult to deal with. I was advised by the head psychiatric supervisor to always document that I offered her dv shelters and that she would refuse them.

She was with him for decades and even divorced him and remarried him at some point. Got a restraining order then decided to reconcile. Not everyone is a victim. I have been criticized by my former abuser for my lack of eye contact with him after I finally realized who he was. We share a child together so no contact isn't possible. He constantly tries to get me to look him in the eye and talk to me to convince me that it was my fault. I really identify with Johnny for refusing to look at her. After someone has treated you that way, you can't give anymore of your soul to them and as we know, eyes are windows. Hearing that bit in the trial really sealed the deal for me.

I've only been out a few years and still don't feel confident. AH is a narcissistic abuser she is no survivor or victim her reactions and the way she describes things are that of the narcissistic making their victim feel crazy and unbelieved by others, and she's mimicking any story she hears to look more victimized. She gives me panic attacks and sets off my ptsd
You might want to look into a supervised access centre. They facilitate exchanging your child while not having any contact between the parents. Worked well for me.

A lawyer had a very cynical take which was that she was doing this in a last ditch attempt to draw out a juror to interview as a possibility that maybe the juror makes a mistake which could be used for an appeal. Jurors explaining they did something incorrect is basically the most powerful way to appeal a jury decision. Essentially they think she went out and made herself look this foolish to get a juror to make a mistake because the jurors want to defend their decision after this monster attempts to discredit them. It seems like maybe it worked because a juror did an interview like directly after amber heard's press tour. They didnt do anything incorrect though so it failed.

I’m on the fence as to whether Johnny should sue her again for this “round 2” defamation. After careful consideration I’m leaning toward not suing her. Why? Because suing her would satiate her need to continue to wedge herself into his life, even if in a negative way. This is what a narcissist needs - to be relevant and somehow in control. The best way to handle a narcissist is to walk away, never look back, and let them burn themselves out until (sadly) they find a new victim to suck the life out of.

I specifically remember her telling everyone she told NO ONE! Including police or “doctors” about abuse! Now all of a sudden she has a whole “history” of “therapist notes”!? Ugh! She’s so frustrating!

I went to my doctors the other day and there was a notice up that said 'Men are victims of domestic violence too' and a phone number for help. It's the first time I have noticed this, before it was just a notice about help for domestic violence. I wonder if this new one has come about because Johnny has brought it to the fore.
It’s a thing people have been fighting to have heard for many years, and quite rightly. DV can happen to any partner, but a man has always had the extra burden of not being considered a man and hitting back, hence not being believed.

Exactly what I said! I felt depressed, angry and then numb BEFORE I crawled outta my deep dark hell hole. During that process I was loosing the love I once had. I was with him for 11years. The last 4years is the time when I felt my love fading. I can absolutely say I do NOT love my ex at all! I never want to see or hear his voice again! All the good times which there wasn’t many I can’t even remember any good times! I want to erase him if possible! Also, the last 4or so years I started recording my ex narcissist husband over 100 recordings and there’s not ONE time you will hear me taunting, making fun of, laughing at or anything like that with my ex. At that time I was numb. I stopped fighting. I gave up! Nothing was worth it anymore. I was so done with the marriage. If anything you’ll hear me agreeing to whatever he was saying. I wasn’t listening. I learned how to block his voice out. He would be fighting with himself on many of my recordings because I stayed silent. I learned over time that ANYTHING I said would be held against me and anything I said was wrong. So on a lot of these recordings all u hear is him bitching. I listened to one not long ago. And he was bitching at me about something wrong he did to me. Accusing me of cheating when really it was him the whole time! Man it felt good to listen back to that and NOT have to deal with that now. Wow! So much peace since I gave up on our marriage. Life is way to short to live my life with someone like that. It felt like I was living with an enemy. It felt like he sucked me dry. And if I continued to allow him. I would have died. It was hard to crawl out. I saw no light at the end. But thank god I got enough strength and haven’t looked back since. A light switch went off and since then. I was awake! Enough is enough. 11 years of the same bs! Life is way to short!

Exactly. I was in an abusive relationship for 8 years and thankfully I had friends who helped me get out. That was over 10 years ago and to this day if I'm out in public and see someone who looks like him I have to fight against having a panic attack. To my knowledge, he still lives in the same area and I don't go to certain places in fear of running into him. I even changed jobs because when I first left he stalked me at work. I do not see how she can sit there and say she loves him if what she says he did is true.

I was nearly killed at the hands of my partner. It took nearly a week before I could open my mouth to speak or even to eat anything. Before then I sipped thru a straw to somehow stay alive. This happened to me over 34years ago. Yet the horrors still live in my world every day. I have panic attacks when I see someone who looks like him . I am afraid to come face to face with anyone who is aggressive. It took years for me to not walk with my head down, avoiding eye contact with others. I felt such shame and the nightmares continued to haunt my days for a very long time. And now we have the gold digger crying abuse in order to destroy him for his fortune. Its a sin against all humans male or female, young or old who have known the harm that is realized thru being abused. I hope she is able to find dome mental health help. Because I believe she is a time bomb just waiting to explode. I also pray that someone manages to insure her little girl is safe. She hopefully will not be the one to reap Ambers hate full on. But she was and never can claim to of been a victim of abuse. Because she smells like an abuser no matter which way the wind is blowing.

@@urban_fox4658 Thank you for your reply to my comment. Thank God I did not have children with my abuser. That is really a horrible fate for a mother, when her children become part of the nightmares. My heart goes out to those male and female who suffer at the hands of another. We as individuals have no right to lay hands on another. It is unforgiveable no matter what excuse one may guve. I have felt so strongly about that , that I never ever laid a hand on my children. And I made sure they understood why our family respected others rights to not be abused. My children have grown up to be very loving and caring individuals who respect themselves and others. My experiences with abuse was beyond anything any person should ever be forced to realise. It was something that to this day I still find myself reflecting upon. Those scars are never really healed. Just as I know in my heart that there are so many others out in this world that are hiding inside of themselves. It breaks my heart. Johnny will have the demons from his experiences with Amber for the rest of his life. He will hopefully find a wonderful, loving and understanding woman going forward who will be patient with his healing. Because for every horrible, hateful memory there are countless tears left behind that need time and patience to be able to travel towards the road of forgiveness and healing. For every harm that is caused another shall suffer. It would certainly be wonderful if our world could find it possible to share laughter rather than screaming at each other. My prayers are for the children who see this horrible abuse and feel guilty because they can not help the one they love to escape or to protect them. We need to find a way to help them heal also. Regarding therapist notes: every health worker is a mandatory reporter and if therapist believed that there was any physical abuse he would have to report it. In another words, he knew she is lying and building a case against Johnny. Similar happened to my sister, her ex husband told her straight he'll build a case and make her look suicidal so when they find her dead they'll think she committed suicide. He reported her missing just to say she is suicidal even he knew very well where she is. Amber is dangerous!

I had a relationship with a Vietnam veteran with PTSD. I could see it in his eyes and he had nightmares reliving things. That is how i know what he did and some things that happened because he talked in his sleep. He never could say one word about it when awake and all he wanted to do was silence the words and images in his head.

The biggest WTF moment for me in this interview, and to be fair there were a FEW to say the least.... Was when she was explaining how someone who is a victim of domestic abuse, will sometimes take blame and blah blah blah, but she says "might not have the resources that YOU OR I might have" meaning shes not a part of the group she was speaking about (actual victims) Its a big slip up and just adds another tick in the collection of boxes that clearly proves shes full of shit.

The only thing her therapy notes prove is that her therapist magically has the same hand writing as her. And even if they were written by a real therapist they just prove amber had been plotting to frame him for a long time. @Victor B elaine lied and manipulated when she said they were doctor's notes. A therapist is not a doctor. A therapist is someone who takes notes on everything you say and that's exactly what therapy notes are. That's why they weren't admissible into court. The judge would have admitted them if there was anything in those notes that said the therapist witnessed injury from abuse. On top of that a therapist is obligated to notify the police if their "patient" is in any kind of way in a battered or abusive state or in an abusive situation. THOSE ARE FACTS. AMBER IS A FRAUD AND HER TEAM SHOULD HAVE BEEN SANCTIONED OVER THE PHONES, ETC. NOT BEING PRODUCED

I didn't see any signs in the crowds waiting for Johnny at the trial. She said there were signs "Burn the witch" and that they would like to microwave her baby. I watched the trial or recaps every day and didn't see even one of those signs.
I wish more people would point out and comment on her saying “I still love him, I loved him” and talking about him positively after all the things she accused him of. I’ll say my abuser didn’t do half of what she said Johnny did to her and by the time I was trying to get out in the safest way possible for me I didn’t just have zero love. I had HATRED in my heart. I hated him even more after I left and realized the extent he’d changed me. I hate him to this day and would happily wish him a scenario he doesn’t survive. There’s no way this woman went through this and still has love. When someone does that to you, emotionally, sexually, or physically. It fucking changes you. And idk about others but I liked who I was before and hated who I was after. I hated that parts of me I’d loved he made me hate. Took a long time to fix it. It's been decades since I escaped my abusive ex husband. I cannot find a single shred of positive feelings for him. I don't think about him much at this point. I have a wonderful husband now and amazing children. But...when I do think of him, it's nothing but negative thoughts. He physically abused me, but the mental abuse caused far more lasting damage. I have healed for the most part, but I will never be the woman I was before him. He was a master of gaslighting and he constantly told me that I was stupid. He gradually isolated me so his voice was the only one I heard for the most part. This was before cell phones, and long distance was expensive. We lived 2000 miles away from my family and friends, so I had very little imput other than his.

Just to quickly explain why the "binder of evidence" was hearsay.
The therapist was ONLY writing what Amber had told her, but that is NOT what the therapist would have noted ON HER OWN, nor would it include the therapist CONFIRMING any of the things that she was told by observing bruising, cuts, swelling, injuries of any type. AND ON TOP OF THAT, a therapist is NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL that can provide MEDICAL TESTIMONY OF INJURIES.
So her binder is not only hearsay (as the therapist would have no 1st hand knowledge), but also IRRELEVANT because the therapist would have no medical knowledge to determine if any type of injury was treated, or how it would have been caused.
And there are pics on Ambers IG of her training for Aquaman 1 and 2 - and she visibly has bruises all over her body that she notes several times were from her training - and she also notes she had been away from JD for the training for weeks so not an excuse for any supposed bruises he’d given her - she’s a liar and a clown!!!
Her way of taking responsibility is to say, "I was pushed there." And...that is NOT taking accountability, that's assigning blame.

The defense's attempts at portraying Isaac Baruch as some kind of paid-for lackey and apologist for JD just fell flat against the sincerity and obvious truth of Isaac Baruch's testimony.
She talks about being a strong woman. I put up with a man who hurt my children and hurt me as well. I walked away. I took nothing with me. A strong women will find the strength to move on
