Hi very informative! Can you clarify if this will be possible. Scenario is Sole Proprietorship business then nag test run po kami ng operation nag flourish na sya and gusto na namin incorporate but we would like to maintain the sole prop. Thank you I hope you can help!
Hi! I would like to ask po, I was offered to rebrand a products po, sila ang manufacturer and magsusupply ng products but I can use my brand name.
So pwede pong kahit OPC yung like pinakamother company po, not the regular corporation? Pano po pag sa DTI na lang po muna iregister since small business pa lang and para maavail ung 8% tax? Like different businesses/brand names under one business name via DTI, pwede po ba un? Then maybe register separately sa BIR ung brands pero under my company business name? I mean only 1 DTI registration po ung ipapakita sa BIR to register different businesses/brands, will that do po?
I would like to ask if an OPC can own shares of another domestic corporation? Is it also possible to incorporate 2 or more OPC's (same single stockholder owns the OPC's) ? Thanks

Yes and yes. An OPC owner can have as much as many investments he or she wants and as much as many OPCs he wants to incorporate.
