- “Him we proclaim.” Prolific theologian and author Sinclair Ferguson challenges pastors and church leaders to take this simple statement as their “motto text,” informing every element of their preaching as it did for the apostle Paul himself. In order to do so, we must preach Jesus Christ from the totality of Scripture and in concert with the wisdom of the church fathers. We must also remember that when we preach Christ, He preaches Himself, meeting every need of everyone who truly hears the message.

Sinclair Ferguson is yet another faithful servant of God and although I've heard pastor Alistair Begg make mention of him and knew they are very closely acquainted, seeing him at Parkside is a pleasant surprise. All glory to God and Lord Jesus Christ and blessings you all.
Dr. RC Sproul called Dr. Sinclair Ferguson the best theologian he knows.

Thank you for this message from the Holy Scriptures the gospel of God of the Father Son Holy Spirit the death burial and Resurrection and as He is so are we 🙏I met The Holy Spirit during the preaching and after Holy Communion 🙏
"We proclaim Jesus Christ, crucified and resurrected" was the motto at the church we went to before my family moved to the US. The reason for that motto was because non-believers would often question "what kind of God would let His Son die?", forgetting the important part that "He is alive forevermore and the King of kings, who is ruling the heavens and earth!" (Mat.28:18)
