- Isaiah 6 gives us a grand vision of the holiness of God and reminds us that He is “holy, holy, holy.” When the prophet Isaiah saw this grand vision, he cried out because he was a man of “unclean lips.” Because of Isaiah’s sinfulness, a seraphim promptly flew to him, touched his lips with a coal, and pronounced him clean. Like Isaiah, we need cleansing to dwell with God in His supreme holiness. In this session, Dr. John MacArthur considers God’s holiness and why it matters both now and forever, explaining that God is holy and that He has made us His holy people.

I have learned more from him than any other Minister. He has the courage to speak the truth without apology. Truth doesn't change and neither does what he preaches from the Bible. His message is the same as it was when he first started out. He is truly a man of God. He is a blessing.

I found Pastor MacArthur quite by accident. I had no idea who he is and I was a sort of, kind of, maybe a little of, a believer and Pastor MacArthur is the first Pastor I believed. He brought me to Christ on UA-cam. THEN, I realized his church is like 10 miles from me. I believe it was amazing grace.

The Lord has given him understanding and my dad recognized his sinful nature and asked the Lord for forgiveness. My dad said " send me more john macarthur!"...to God be the glory!! I was 5 years of chronic illness! I was Semi Housebound, lost my health, job, finances and my fiance left me. I couldn't even look at electronic screen for 5 minutes, or hold a 10-minute conversation.
But God did an amazing work.
I now have a Christian Channel where I encourage people and show them what God did in my life and that there is hope for you also. ✝️🔥

Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved. Salvation is a free gift not of works lest any man should boast. He shall never leave thee nor forsake thee. Do we then make void the law by grace? Love God with all your heart, mind, strength and thy neighbor as thyself. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. As you sow so shall you reap in this life and the next.
I also have struggled with chronic Lyme disease for eight years. I have on occasion thought about starting my own channel, but I would have to bring God into the picture as He is my only hope. I strongly agree that women should not preach, and so it would be too hard for me unless I kept it on a testimony basis only.
John is a power house of a teacher to the glory of God Almighty alone.

He was preaching on the radio and I was saved in an instant when I believed...and my life changed. He said "Christ crucified" and then paused. And then he said it again "Christ crucified" and I realized and said out loud "Jesus died for...me!" And all the words in the Bible like electricity carved a new world of thought in my brain. And my life has never been the same.. I had been reading the Bible for 3 months every day and didn't understand it then immediately understood every word.
God is amazing! Words cannot express it!

A Preacher is not a Teacher, How can one Preach on one or two verses and get the full understanding of what the whole Chapter is Saying?
If you Read a Verse, The Verses before and after that Verse have to be put into Context to get the full unterstanding of that Verse.
Thats is Why we should study the bible in Small Groups, with the Guidiance of the Holy Spirit.
The bible should be studied and backed up with other verses, precepts by precepts, a little here and a little there.
When we took the word of God out of Context, it Causes Confusion, and God is not the Author of Confusion

I had the privilege of sitting under the preaching and teaching of Jack MacArthur several years ago and enjoyed every moment of it.
John MacArthur made his father proud before God took him home.
Since asking Jesus Christ into my life on June 27, 1960 @ 7:30 pm, I have become a strong Marksist, (not to be confused with Marxist).
What a joy to be able to access both Jack and John through the internet at any time.
I understand that Pastor Jack MacArther and Pastor J Vernon McGee were the fist to broadcast regularly on national radio.
I have often wondered if God used these two Scottish American pastors to countermand the damage done by “Scottish Rite Masonry”.
My maternal grandfather was a 33rd degree Mason. He was an active member of the Methodist church and would help anyone in need.
Both of my parents came to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ in the pastor’s study after a message on Ephesians 2:8,9&10.
I was two years of age at the time and was brought up in a Christ committed household.
A visit of my grandparents several years later, when my mother stressed the blood atonement of Christ, my kind grandfather became angry and commanded that the blood atonement never be brought up again in his presence. I had never seen him angry before that conversation. It pains my heart that my grandfather is not in Heaven.
“Without the shedding of blood, there is me remission of sin”.
My grandfather had a true photographic memory and had committed much of scripture, Shakespeare, Wadsworth and many other playwrights and poets to memory. He had to know that considering the shed blood of Messiah, anathema, was antithetical to the message of salvation.
My mother was at his bedside when he died at the age of 98. He went into eternity without repenting of that damnable error. He sang in the church choir three weeks earlier.
How many more faithful church attendees are in that same condition?

macarthur is a HERETIC who preaches AGAINST THE HOLY SPIRIT INDWELLING PEOPLE! We have been COMMANDED to AVOID those who DENY the Power - 2Timothy 3:5. The WORD for Power in the verse, in the Greek, is the same word that the LORD JESUS used in Acts 1:8 to tell His disciples to wait for the HOLY SPIRIT baptism, which we saw MANIFESTED in Acts chapter 2, with the EVIDENCE OF SPEAKING IN OTHER TONGUES.
The EVIDENCE is CONFIRMED again in Acts 10:44-48, Acts 19:1-6 - the INFILLING or baptism of the HOLY SPIRIT is ALWAYS evidenced with the SPEAKING IN OTHER TONGUES. There are FIVE ways TONGUES are used according to the Scriptures. One way, as we have seen in Acts and there are FOUR ways listed in 1Corinthians 14.
REDEMPTION is under Acts 2:38. The EVANGELICAL CULT does not teach SALVATION under Acts 2:38, but some mental exercise that does not get people saved so that they can have the MIND OF CHRIST - 1Corinthians 2:9-16. I have been actively praying against the evangelical cult that is CONTROLLED BY THE spirit of human reason, which it has made god, and is in DIRECT VIOLATION of the WORD - Romans 8:5-8.

So we don't know with certainty what falls between Y and H and between W and H. So it is transliterated YHWH. The technical term is tetragrammaton. Hope you find this helpful. I love John Macarthur's teaching and the little bit of humor he may add. I watch him live online after I get home from church and love the worship and preaching. He is solid and his sense of humor comes out only when appropriate. He handlers hecklers well also.

Sobering words from scripture expounded by a wonderful expositor. I count myself blessed to have been in the audience this day at the 2021 Ligonier Conference and to hear this message in person. Despite the dire projection of this country as it goes its own way, it is a time of tremendous hope for those whom he has called to himself. The contrast between what the world offers and what Christ offers becomes more stark every passing day. May we the church do our part to share the gospel boldly in a culture where God is hated and so hates us, until all of the remnent is gathered.

The WORD for Power in the verse, in the Greek, is the same word that the LORD JESUS used in Acts 1:8 to tell His disciples to wait for the HOLY SPIRIT baptism, which we saw MANIFESTED in Acts chapter 2, with the EVIDENCE OF SPEAKING IN OTHER TONGUES.
The EVIDENCE is CONFIRMED again in Acts 10:44-48, Acts 19:1-6 - the INFILLING or baptism of the HOLY SPIRIT is ALWAYS evidenced with the SPEAKING IN OTHER TONGUES. There are FIVE ways TONGUES are used according to the Scriptures. One way, as we have seen in Acts and there are FOUR ways listed in 1Corinthians 14.
REDEMPTION is under Acts 2:38. The EVANGELICAL CULT does not teach SALVATION under Acts 2:38, but some mental exercise that does not get people saved so that they can have the MIND OF CHRIST - 1Corinthians 2:9-16. I just love to get more and more and that gives me more knowledge of Gods word line by line. Verse by verse. I fell asleep with Him. And anytime of the night i woke i play another messge. .so thankful for You tube scrolling down and saw this person just happen to listen. And got addicted to his teaching. Got myself his study bible..here i am..He is my pastor even when he dont know me. But i know exactly who he is. Truly a man. Of God who love God's word and teaching it with the boldness and the Authority of the Holy Spirit. Only God can stop Him now..I love the Truth.And i pray for him and his ministry through all the little problems that satan tried to scare him off in closing down Gods house where His people fellowship.But Thank God He is incharge. not man. I had the privilege of meeting and talking with John MacArthur many years ago and quickly became a "fan". I have to admit that in all the years of my ministry, John's influence has been the greatest. A very gifted individual whose expository preaching and teaching of the Word of God has impacted more people than he'll ever know this side of Heaven! This message on holiness is sorely needed in the local church of our day.

All I can say is the USA has been soo blessed by JMac, but far too many reject the message he proclaims. I once did whether from him or others. I was a very lost sinner, praise God he pursued me and the Holy Spirit prepared my heart for the Truth- my Savior Jesus, and I surrounded to him as who else has the truth but Jesus, who else offers eternal life and salvation, who else forgives us, who else gave himself for the forgiveness of sins.
