    Another great stretch! I've been doing your stretches almost every day since March-usually 1 before and 1 after a workout, whether it's cardio or weight training. Honestly, it has made a huge difference in my flexibility. Thank you so much; you are the best! ❤🧘‍♀️🤸‍♀️🏋‍♀️

    Love those short stretch videos! But I would recommend to not wear black pants in front of a black background 😅a little difficult to see what exactly you are doing
