@@sacredwolf2012 Yep The trademark is currently owned by Disney/Buena Vista (as 20th Century Studios) although Video Treasures released some of their movies on VHS (rather than Walt Disney Home Video)
@@brandonreina5461 I don't think Disney owns the trademark to Media Home Entertainment, Fox only distribute Media Home Entertainment releases from a brief period of time, Fox unfortunately never own any trademark to MHE. Lionsgate outright owns the trademark since Video Treasures bought the trademark back in 1990 from Heron International according to the CLG Wiki page under Media Home Entertainment, here's the background: Media Home Entertainment, Inc. was an independent video distributor established in 1978 by filmmaker Charles Band. In 1984, the company was purchased by Heron Communications Inc., a subsidiary of Gerald Ronson's Heron International. Finally, in 1993, the company ceased operations and its last titles went through Fox Video (and before that, CBS/FOX Video) on VHS (while Image Entertainment continued to distribute their output on Laserdiscs). In 1990, Media sold its properties to Video Treasures for budget distribution. I think this should clear up some confusion about who now owns the trademark to MHE. & here's the link to the page: closinglogosgroup.miraheze.org/wiki/Media_Home_Entertainment
@@sacredwolf2012 Yep Same with the children's sublabel which released VHS videos of Lady Lovely Locks, Barbie, Charlie Brown, Madeline, The Enchanted Journey and Inhumanoids (the latter which were re-released by Paramount Home Entertainment (and also Warner Home Video), Golden Books Family Entertainment (through Sony Wonder) and Rhino Home Video)
Anchor Bay Entertainment is best known for distributing most of Thomas & Friends VHS’s and DVD’s from 1995 to 2008.
