    Two Steps From Hell - Victory (Piano Version)
    Piano Version by Patrik Pietschmann
    Since my "Heart of Courage" piano version some of you probably know that I am also a fan of Two Steps From Hell, a trailer music company founded by the composers Thomas Bergersen and Nick Phoenix. And I think there are a lot of fans among you too. So it was only a matter of time to make the next video. "Victory" is also one of the most popular tracks from Two Steps From Hell. I hope you like it!
    Any suggestions for future arrangements? Please leave them in the comments.

    I am a huge fan of music, like many many others. I, unfortunately, am one of the unlucky humans that have no musical talent. I admire all those who can pick up an instrument and play music, or who can put that music to paper so that others can play it. My favorite instruments are piano, violin, and the brass instruments. I think that is why I love this video, but all of the music from Thomas Bergersen, and 2 Steps from Hell. Thank you to all of the talented people out there. Please keep making music. This world desperately needs it.

    • @petervandenbempt3290
      @petervandenbempt3290 Рік тому

      Everyone can make music! I know it sounds cliché but it's true. I think it's very similar to learning a language. For example, you can learn some loose words/sentences but if you don't learn the syntax & grammar you won't get far. I think that is why most people give up after a while, they try to "speak fluently" too soon and decide it's not for them. Just like with languages, you can get a huge headstart by starting young (which is why you see so many child progidies), but it's never too late too start. You need to set realistic goals, be consistent and patient and preferably get a teacher. And when it finally starts to click that'll be one of the best feelings in the world. Dare to try it!?

      Fam, “talent” is bs for something like playing piano, literally anyone can do it. It’s not the talent that you lack, but the will and patience to work really hard for something. But that is something that you can acquire, unlike “talent”.

    It always blows my mind how your arrangements always manage to capture the factor that makes the originals of these covers stick within a person's mind. Hi Patrick, I'm not an expert but personally I think that this arrangement is a masterpieces: after months since the first time I've casually found it on YT while I'm looking for piano pieces to learn, it remains one my favorites of yours (and others I've found). This comment will be quite long but honest.
    I started playing piano last year in June. I finally found a piece i really wanted to play. Interstellar, Pietschmann’s arrangement. I worked really hard and now after a year i finally feel i can play it well and i even played it at a small concert. (Actually whilst learning interstellar i was also learning Bach’s prelude in c major (easy) and ludovico einaudis fly (medium). I played all that at the concert. But now it was the time to choose another piece. I love Pietschmann’s arrangements and film music, so I was basically binge watching everything on this channel. I liked Rush, lux Aeterna, Oogway ascends and Tenet. But I admit when i heard the strength Victory has and saw the difficulty and complexity of this marvelous arrangement, I decided to buy Pietschmann’s notes three days ago. I can now play the first page, but I am pumped for the more difficult parts. I just feel so many emotions when playing this piece.
    And well why did I even write this?
    I believe that the reason I really got into piano was through finding the right piece of music i felt emotional about and Patrick Pietschmann’s arrangements gave me the opportunity, since there was a wide variety to choose from and i like his musical taste❤️. Therefore I’d like to thank him for his determination and most importantly for his precise and for me excellent work. I appreciate it. You literally changed my life by helping me to start with the piano. Please keep it up! I will need some more complex pieces next year once I manage to finish this one😁.
    Thank you for reading this.
    Take care!

      @Matthew Reed as a Senior in high school, I was once a piano player like you. I had the potential, and I used that potential. At one of my high school graduations, I played Beethoven's 5th, something that I was wanting to play on the piano for a while. Then I get in trouble and my Dad threatens to drop me out of piano class. He did. 5 years later, I lost every memory of how I play the piano. Heck, I can't even find Middle C anymore on the piano. Fast forward to now. I'm a senior about to graduate. Thanks to Patrick, he has motivated me to get back into a little bit of piano once a week. Thanks Patrick.

    It's been well over a year and 7 months since I first heard this song, and a little over a year since I bought the sheet music and started playing. Memorized the first 2 pages both hands, and after that, I memorized the next 3 and a half pages on the right hand. Trust me, it's possible to play this song, you just have to devote all your spare piano time to it. I can proudly say this has positively influenced my life, and my piano skills have rapidly gotten better after I started this song.
