OKM Pulse Nova PI Metal Detector Depth Performance

The PI detector provides treasure seekers with an easy search of metal items such as coins and precious metal treasures such as rings and bracelets. OKM depth test shows how deep at which the target items can be observed.
The OKM Pulse Nova comes standard with a Search Coil Delta 38 or Omega 38: perfect for gold prospecting, treasure searching, and military searches.
Additional options: Version Delta or Omega including:
• Search Coils Delta 18 and Omega 18: can detect smaller objects such as gold nuggets and ear studs.
• Xi104 Frame Coil: The large frame coil achieves absolute scan depths of up to 10 ft. (310 cm).

not bad, but what if the items are buried under? could the detector detect also like in the video?

Typically each terrain circumstance will yield a different max depth...so your measurement will not be exact compared to an air test. An air test will give you a way to compare different targets and detectors. As far as the ground goes, some ground search will be amplified by the amount of "bleeding" that is created by the object in the soil. In combination with this air test demonstration, we recommend to read the item depth specification in their detail.
