Please don't apologize for a long video. This is such helpful info. This is precisely what I've been looking for. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I'm super excited about making my own planner stickers!
Hi, if I could give this video a thumbs up thousands of times, I would. I looked at dozens of videos trying to figure out how to make boxes, and every time I tried, either my boxes would cut with two separate cuts, or I would have a gray shadow. I followed your instructions step by step, and they came out perfect. Now I’m going to try making functional dot stickers 😊.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO. You are the very few content creators that ACTUALLY SHOWS how to make, design, print, and cut. 👍🏼 👍🏼 I don’t mind the long video. Very helpful and informative. ❤
This has been the best tutorial video of the 5,000+ videos I've watched!!! Thank you so much!! Never apologize for the video length...this was very informative!!?
I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your videos. Your personality and the straight forward way you explain things is such a pleasure. With your help I was able to make a template for a custom sheet of stickers for my journal. I can change it weekly to reflect what’s going on. It has been so enjoyable and therapeutic for me. Thank you so much. Means more than I can say.
Hi, I am working on creating my own stickers sheets and I was just wondering if I follow this tutorial just how she does it will it come out like a sticker sheet where I can peel the stickers off the sheets themselves?
This was the best sticker video I have seen! Thank you so much for taking the time to show this. I finally have all the missing pieces from other videos and can now make my own. Loved it!
Thank you thank you thank you so much. I’m so glad i ran across your page. I have been trying to figure this out for the longest. You are amazing! Thank you!!!
Honestly if you have a silhouette it would be better to design right in the silhouette software. Cricut's software isn't as great for designing in as the silhouette software which is why I show tutorials on how to use different places to design.
This is quite literally the best and most informative video on this topic that I have found. You have made it possible for me to make my own stickers! Thank you!!!
WOW you are so great! This is so much fun and now I can really make stickers I like for my Hobo cousin- I don't use a lot of different stickers to this makes it easy to make them and not waste a lot of stuff I don't use!
Canva has so much more than Cricut Design Space. I worked along with you and didn't get the results you did but I'm going to do it again. Great step-by-step instructions. I must have missed the black out file instructions though, that's where I went wrong. TFS
I've been using Canva for a while but learned some tips from you - especially alignment tools! Going to print out my stickers and use my Brother Scan N Cut to kiss cut sheets!
Hi Moe - I enjoy watching your videos which are very informative. This one in particular is what I've been interested in for some time now. At first, I didn't understand the purpose of the black-out template but now I do. I am a Canva Pro subscriber. Thanks for sharing, stay safe and God bless...
I went through so many videos and your is so easy and spot on!!!. So I decided to check out your shop for the template because I am very new to making stickers but not buying them lol. Most of the shop takes a while to send out the order, and most of them are so expensive. I was surprised and happy to know that you lived in my city!! I just might not a one on one lol.
I’ve been learning so much more about Canva even when I thought I knew a lot 😂😂 there is t an eye dropper though so you can’t pick an exact color you can only estimate it unfortunately. Thanks for the tip!
Thank you so much this is the video I've been looking for....What sticker paper do you use. I will probably watch this 100x to get it like I need but I don't mind.
Ok, this was incredibly fun!! I watched the video, then replayed it while creating my own kit and it turned out so so nice! Thank you so much for sharing this, making printables was more stressful than it's worth when I first started but this was insanely helpful!
Thank you Moe. I am still struggling but I can see it slowly coming together. It didn't quite work and I'm not sure why. The cut lines were out on part of the sticker paper. This has been the closest I have come to making them so far. So thank you again. I bought one of your templates on etsy and am trying to learn how to use that as well.
Thank you for this tutorial! I was able to create my template in Canva and duplicated for my blackout file but when I imported to design space they didn't line up correctly. I even went back to Canva and made a new blackout file thinking maybe I accidentally shifted something and got the same result. Any suggestions?
All of your tutorials are so amazing. Thank you so much for putting in the time to show us all this. When I go to cut these (or any print then cut file on my Cricut) all of the cut lines seem to shift slightly left of what is printed. Any idea why this is happening or how to fix it?
hmmm it may be that you need to calibrate your machine. If nothing looks odd on your screen - like the slice feature has sliced your stickers out shorter, etc - then it probably is calibration.
Hello Moe, your tutorial was worth watching, I really enjoyed the lesson, and thank you so much. QUESTION: which sticker paper would you recommend to use that doesn't have any imprints on the back because I only know of Cricut sticker paper but it has the cricut word on the back so I would not want to put that in my planner or journal.
Super helpful, thank you. The spaces between the stickers, after you slice and delete, would show up so great if you changed the background color in DS. Just a suggestion. Thanks for everything you teach!
I am new to your youtube channel and I am also new to Cricut! ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL VIDEO - AND SPOT ON! THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking the time and sharing you Cricut tips and tricks with us. I look forward to trying this method. I have had a few miserable fails since beginning my Cricut adventure..I hadn't watched any UA-cam videos before purchasing my machine and each project I attempted it was a trial and error learning experience, which is fine but it can get pretty costly price of materials.. I have one question if anyone out there might know the answer I would greatly appreciate your reply! I have used Canva for a while now and I know that there is the option to save your design as an SVG file and you can also select the transparent background option in the download menu...I was wondering it would be possible to save your Canva file (as described above) as an svg file with a transparent background and then upload the file to design space as a "print and cut file"....If this works it would eliminate the need for the "blackout" file? My apologies if this was proven not to work or mentioned within the video. I watched twice but had several interruptions so I may have missed why this wouldn't work! Any input would me much appreciated!I am new to your youtube channel and I am also new to Cricut.
Hi Moe! I'm wondering if you can help me out. I followed this tutorial step by step and created my own stickers and ended up shocking myself lol. They came out pretty good, but the slicing doesn't seem to be exact. I have a little white showing on one side of each sticker. Thoughts on how to fix? Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for this!! So if I have canva premium I don't need the black out files because I can make the background transparent before I download the files?
This was sooo helpful! I made my first set of stickers from this video! I tried making a 2nd sheet but I was having issues aligning my stickers "center" in Cricut DS. It was slightly off center for some reason. Then when I tried to adjust it myself, it would slice off a part of the black space. Do you know what I'm doing wrong here?
Hmmm I'm not sure honestly. Sometimes Design Space can be a bit fussy. Sometimes I just walk away until it feels better. Since there are always a ton of updates released I think we have very little control over when something is wrong. I've found that when there is an update the first thing to not work is my align feature...it can be very unreliable unfortunately.
This is so awesome. Thank you! You just gave away the jewels that some others are charging a bunch of money for. LOL!
I just want everyone to be able to make stickers!!! 😂 🎉🎉🎉
@@MoeHoward516 Thank you for this. I can never find the budget stickers I want. Now I can make my own and use my machines for this too! 🤗
You changed my life in one UA-cam post!!! Thank you for this!
everything I needed and so easy to follow - best video on sticker making I have seen - and that's saying a LOT! Thank you so much!
I literally made my own stickers because of you! Thank you so much! I’ve watched so many videos and nothing made sense until I found you!
I agree! I can't wait to make stickers!
Please don't apologize for a long video. This is such helpful info. This is precisely what I've been looking for. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I'm super excited about making my own planner stickers!

Thank you so very much!! I have a Silhouette but I think I might be able to make this work.
Same here. How would you do the cut file?

1I just love how you teach!!!!! Could I possibly use this format as a 4.7x7.7 sticker sheet?

Ahhhhhhh I did not know I could do that! I should have put at least like a black square or something. Glad this helped you! 🎉🎉
This is awesome! I love using your templates and your videos are so helpful. Is there a way to do script stickers in canva?
I loved ur video. Can u explain it with Silhouette program? :c
