As someone who used to wax my moustache for years. I would recommend shaving the moustache because waxing is harmful on the face especially around the lips. Kulit kita ni dah la nipis kena pulak dgn org yg kulit sensitif. Sensitif atau tak mmg dia akan sakit la dan merah2 semua. Sometimes you coild get cuts and bumps. Kalau nak remove masa nak keluar mmg payah la nak tunggu the redness to subside. Sbb paling penting why I recommend shaving is because it's so much cheaper, mahal now wax ni. For those who are worried that it grows thicker, some people they don't really grow thicker, for some it grows thicker. Mine does. But just shave it, it won't show any difference. Also when shaving, you can shave it anytime, when I used to wax I would wait for all of them to grow back because they don't grow at the same time. Rasa mcm sayang kalau wax tapi misai baru sikit je yg dah tumbuh. Also the best method for people whose hair grows not even after 24 hours. Just like me. Kalau nak guna razor guna yg kecik tu, eyebrow razor.
Shave while your face is wet. Tak sakit, jimat, dan boleh remove dead skin around the lips. Tapi kalau boleh rajin la tukar razor tu sbb razor tak tajam nanti boleh dapat cut dan result won't be satisfying. But to each their own, just some tips for my gals.

Just a tip, I find it lagi mudah nak wax when I cut the strips in half sebab area mulut tu kan kecik. Same goes to the oil paper tu I potong2 so jimat. But if not enough can use cleansing oil also.

im a man without waxing😂my tips on waxing is cut wax strip tu jadi half lepastu cut tepi2 dia bukan hujung. tepi2 dan tengah. and it really helps me a lottttt bila nak waxing upper lip tu sebab boleh nampak terkena mulut ke tak. kalau terwax sekali lips tu 😖
