It seems that Roanoke, VA is home of several elevators with EPIC MOTORS.
Even the ThyssenKrupp's have EPIC MOTORS, like theses two and the one of the Campbell Parking Garage, plus one of the DOVER's Impulse from the Market Parking Garage & the Schindler MT from the Market Square Walkway Bridge.
I've noticed that some lifts disable the door close button if it has answered a call, but the door sensor has not detected anyone getting in or out (and presumably it would do the same if the door open button was pressed, but I never had the chance to verify that)
the particular lifts I discovered this on, I have verified the door close button does work if the lift has detected that someone has entered or exited

Toadlover404 I've done that on a Schindler 3300 with the cabin buttons ;) call the lift from 1st floor , and enter in the cabin , push the 1st f. button and it will do this ;)

If you press both call buttons then the elevator could break. PLEASE DO NOT PRESS BOTH BUTTONS.
If an elevator is so glitchy that registering two calls causes it to break down, i wouldn't even consider using it.
You can’t break an elevator by pushing both f***ing calls. This is a Thyssen Krupp employee for the Modernization department out of Chicago ,Local2!
