Can we get some sort of petition going so that Capcom is aware how BADLY people want a sequel to Dragon's Dogma. I love this game so much. I like Monster Hunter World as well but I prefer Dragons Dogma much more for whatever reason. I feel the weight and physics in Monster Hunter world are better but Dragons Dogma 2 with improved graphics and physics would be a dream for me!
Probably already exists to be honest. Problem is the first game was actually only a portion of what was originally intended. I'm surprised they haven't capitalized on it honestly. However the fact it has been remade for the newer systems gives me hope that a sequel is in the future. Or at least online will get a global release.

Maybe dumb question. But what if I cloud save before I enter the room with the chained up gigant? I don't know at which point it it the game determens what item you get from the armor, but could you possibly reroll it that way? Playing on the switch btw
The item randomization is reset when upon giving it to a pawn other than your own. As you mentioned, you can’t “give” BBI chunks after you’ve had her purify them. You also can’t give maces, magic shields, or magic bows to other pawns either because you have to equip it on them in order to give them. Those 3 weapon types are exclusively for hybrid vocations, and pawns are limited to non-hybrid vocations. So if you want one of those 3 weapon types, you have to acquire it for yourself. What I did was horde the shit out of BBI novelties and equipment and save them until I got over 900 of each. Then go purify them all at once. Then you just have to be sure to save up whole shit ton of rift crystals along the way so you can afford to have Olra purify them all when you’re ready.
I know this video is a bit old but I hope you can help. I followed your guide but im not sure what to do. Im trying to get the bolt bringer for my warrior. But I all im getting is the twin hammer. Any tips or site I can go to?
Not sure what you mean by refresh. The list for purification never changes as far as I'm aware. I believe the list is populated when you first begin the game or maybe enter bitterblack isle. Then it probably populates the list out to some extreme number.
@@Dart-gv7dy so, i got one lvl. 3 weapon from w/e, it was a bow for strider, and i took it to storage to open it up on another vacation later. i went to kill daimon in second form (second completion (true conquer)) and after i get another lvl. 3 weapon from chest after fight, i came back to Olra, and now the first i had was completely different, it was for magic archers instead of strider/assassin bow. So i assume they refresh after you put them in bank and trigger Daimon.
Man I have been trying to get the spear daggers for awhile I always get the same bows instead which is making me angry lol I played on 360 it was a lot easier back then
XxThatGuy818xX I have had the same luck with the greaves for me and my pawn. Purified at least 50 sets and I have only gotten one carrion greaves and it didn't even have a bonus enchantment.
Hi, I know this is old but I have an issue and a different bbi question. I had 5 bba3 and 4 were hood of shadow when purified and one was a cloak that I wanted to try rarifying. I tried giving an armor away, did it with bbw3 when I had 2 and it seems rather than giving the item that would be purified first it gives the last one. I gave away the one that was fraemae blades not the strider bow… (yup I was salty lol) i tried selling x number then purifying one. Sadly yes I am not great at grinding rc specifically since atm I was trying to get good at reaching daimon and beating him. Sadly my pawn is high lvl so ppl don’t use her. I tend to be close to 200k rc but I can’t keep purifying multiple armors/weapons to reach the one I need/want, it’s just not sustainable.
I'm playing this game, and I am trying purifying items and they just disappear, I mean there gone, not in my inventory or storage, I'm not getting a single item, what am I doing wrong? Where are they going?
@@Kin0001 the funny thing is that I generally have a hard time playing games that don't really have a lock on feature like with the Monster Hunter series but because it was on sale on the Nintendo eShop for $6 and I had at least 600 points I bought it
You have to purify them while in that vocation. So if you want a blue it's best to have both you and pawn blue. If it isn't working like that then something is wrong in the game.
@@Dart-gv7dy I was more bothered by the fact yellow appeared out of nowhere. Warrior/Sorc shouldn't have given that result. Nevermind though, I've beaten awakened Daimon and on my way to Seneschal and I am done with this game for good. I've been through the cycle way too many times, starting back on PS3. Hopefully we're getting a new DD game that is not MMO trash soon'ish.
@@Dart-gv7dy Dread Aspis. Just checked the wiki and noticed it's Fighter/Assassin's weapon. I guess that kinda explains it, since it technically counts as a pure red vocation weapon as well. My bad. I was too mad not getting my mace for the 100,000th time to pay attention.
So annoying to farm rc, the gear is rigged too, you always get the weak items first before the carrion health regen stuff so you're better saving up rc and doing 30 armors in a row
Been replaying this game on Xbox One after many years. When you kill Death, the game gives you Boots of Shadow for it, as a reward, for the Assassin vocation. But then I believe Death also drops a cursed level 3 Armor that also gives you Boots of Shadow. Why they did this is beyond me, but now you have two Boots of Shadow. I tried changing vocations to get some other piece from the Shadow gear, but it keeps giving me the Boots. If you use Yellow vocations, you get the Boots, if you use Red, it gives you something from a different set, so the Shadow gear is Yellow. But I really don't want/need two Boots of Shadow. Is there anything that can be done about this, or do I just have to take the extra pair of Shadow Boots and go looking for other level 3 Armor?
The boots are from the quest to slay death. They will never change. The only thing you can change is the drops when you purify them. Make sure you and your pawn are not a yellow class.
My other question is something I just can’t find in youtube vids or sites I trust though I have tried as best I could. I have 2 oblivion pieces at silver forged but can’t find the last one even though I’ve beaten daimon several times now. I’m still missing one of the epitaphs or whatever they’re called. Maybe the material I am missing is from a mob in that area or I’m just getting real unlucky but since I haven’t found it once it won’t show what I need to at least try to look up the flippin location on gamefaqs. Could somebody PLEASE clue me in to what I need? Where to get it would be greatly appreciated too.

How did you get so many rift crystals?
Farming the Bishop and Cursed dragon or having people hire your pawn and sending them back after killing a boss in BBI

Did you change you or your pawns vocation? Because the bow would have been a yellow while a magical bow falls under blue.

What about trying to get a specific thing for a hybrid vocation ? Some of those things are pretty useful.
So for me to get blackwing bow n magic Bowman's band ..I should switch to strider or ranger n my pawn to mage or sorcerer
No blackwing bow and magick Bowman's ring are on the yellow list. Switch both you and your pawn to either strider or ranger.

It's mainly because swords,shields and maces are "red" weapons

So how does it work with magic archer?
Magic Archer falls under blue so prioritize that. They are weird. I bow is blue but daggers are yellow.

The wiki does have a list. Look up the specific item such as bitterblack weapon lvl 3 and you can see the possible results

Nam Hoàng no it is a set list you can find it on the wiki. Hybrid vocations fall into one of the 3 categories. Red, yellow, or blue.
