Why is Germany not investing in navy?
Because when you cap France, you only are versus the Britain navy in the med, which can be beaten by air superiourity and combined fleet of Italy and Germany. Then you push through suez and cap india + Indonesia.
because this isnt single player
because 1 if they did that the game would be over before it began due to the only smart player being germany, and 2 usually the allies fully make a fleet

@@randomguy6152 usa and japan are normally the only ones that invest heavily, and for the others its not worth investing when u already have a naval player on ur side i guess. and its just not worth investing into over mils, especially for air.
u might see some navy but its not normally much.
garrisons are cheaper than a navy anyway if u want to think abt it like that.
im not an expert or anything tho, only 500 hours and a handful of mp games
because building 30 dockyards means -40 mils, meaning you either automatically lose air, or you don't have enough tanks to push the soviets. Also 3 players on Germany is not NEARLY enough to micro eastern front, D-day, air, do macro and trade, design new equipment, check stockpile etc, let alone do navy micro. You cannot pause multiplayer games like you do in your 300hr "Let's play Communist Bulgaria" meme SP games.
