Thanks Pete and Mark 😊 Wow this took me back to 1988 when I first watched The Enz with a bang tour on a video that Dad had recorded. Oh to be 15 again!! Such great songs ❤
Keep it coming Peter & Mark! First live versions of "One Mouth Is Fed" and "Bon Voyage" that I've heard - both late-Enz classics. There was a different version of "You Send Me" included on Enzology (excerpted) which I'm guessing was also Melbourne, but on a different night.
Its strange the emotions memories i have of this as being in uk, we got nothing of enz stuff , news etc in our media , totally ignored after a while . I had family contacts in Melbourne sending me stuff and me sending off overseas for records magazines papers etc ( & fan club of course thanks Peter again ❤) . A world and a half away from internet how wonderful & easy it is today to be a fan of artists anywhere in the world now .. we have it all at the tap of a button. Wow!! . maybe no fun of build up of anticipation/ excitement of things arriving.. like xmas day sometimes 😊. but you get what you want in the end. And peter and mark providing quality content here is carrying on that feeling every wednesday .. thanks, guys. I really look forward to it .❤❤❤❤❤ Happy Christmas ...😂😂😂😂 x
Wow! What a treat! Brought back lots of sad and happy memories of the Enz of the Enz. I especially loved Blue Moon in the middle of You send me and Bon Voyage was a very poignant final song.
Peter and Mark you have outdone yourselves again! These clips have helped me through yr 11 and 12 every Wednesday. Especially with my final exams coming to an end, it's very fitting to Enz with a bang 😉 Thanks again
Thank you very much Peter, the sound quality is amazing! I was at one of the Festival Hall shows but can't say I have any memory of any of these 4 songs being played. Where have the memories (and years) gone? 🙂
@@petergreen2534 G'day again Peter. If you happen to see this comment, just wondering if you have access to all the Festival Hall shows? Again on that dodgy memory issue, I have a VAGUE recollection of them doing a sped up part of I Hope I Never which Neil sang. I'm positive I remember seeing him do that at one show I was at and am reasonably sure it was the Enz with a Bang show, so yeah, if you have all the shows available maybe you can put me out of my misery on that one if they did actually do it please. 😊
@@ajo3085 yes they'd done I Hope I Never like that a few times, not just on this tour, plus every so often the original version of I See Red which is painfully slow.
@@ajo3085 if you type in I Hope I Never in the search area of our UA-cam page you'll see the super fast version from The Club. It starts slow/normal and becomes a frantic punk moment.
@@petergreen2534 Thanks heaps Peter, it's nice to know I haven't completely lost the plot! 😀 I saw them about 10 times back in the "old days" but can't say I'd ever caught the slow I See Red you mentioned. I'll have to check if there's one on YT somewhere. Speaking of it, I'd love to see the Regent Theatre version get a digital release at some point. I reckon I wore out the B Side of "Never Ceases..." listening to that awesome live take.
we could almost make a complete Enz with a bang deluxe set out of the unreleased audio coming from marky mark and peter, Eddie Rayner make this happen!
Thank you Peter and Mark, for all these wonderful tracks and videos .
Great video & good quality pics too.....thanks Peter
Thanks Mark and Peter. Exceptional. Loved it. Keep them coming. ❤❤❤

Big thanks must go to Mark. He puts in all the effort., Glad you enjoyed it.
Brilliant! Thank you Peter. Did they ever play Breakin my back live on this tour?
Only once at one of the Melb shows but sound was iffy on that one

Now these WEREN'T on the Living Enz, IIRC. Bon Voyage has a cut.
Nice selection of tunes.
Huge thankyou to Marky for this fine effort.
