    Just bought one, I've never loved an acoustic like this one, and I've had many!

    A yamaha acoustic (and electric) guitar is always a good choice! 👌
    Love my Revstar RS502! 🎸🇦🇹

    I love guitars with that deep black finish! I wanted to get one similar to the one Roger Waters played in concert, but when I looked it up, it was a custom made that Clapton gifted him lol! Now I can get a dreadnought with that slick look!

    I have a FG830 and a great guitar. These seem like a fantastic guitar.

      Steady on; it's fairly basic, even for a bass player like me!

    Reminds me of the guitar Johnny Cash used in that episode of Columbo.

    Great guitar! 🎸
    It sounds so good it made me reconsider just using my fingers while playing acoustic. Not trying to play it like I do with my electric, and a ton of gain. ha ha. 🎸😝
    But yeah, she’s great. We all enjoy seeing Dagan, but wouldn’t hurt to to see this young lady more. Always fun to see a female playing guitar, and she has a really sweet accent-for people here in the states. At least where I am, near Hollywood. And sounds like she has a lot of knowledge and skill to share as well.👍🏻🎸🇺🇸😎

    Having a cable plugged in when you are demonstrating the onboard effects played through a mic undermines the entire video. On the other hand if you were to unplug the cable during the video then continue playing, viewers would get the point and it would sell more guitars.

      Personally, I would go for Elixirs. Never really likes D’addarios

      I agree with the elixirs too personally. I believe that Yamaha is using elixir strings now with their acoustics

    THIS OR….. TAYLOR GS MINI? tks for any suggestion

    • @edavidmartinez
      @edavidmartinez 8 місяців тому

      I've tried the Taylor Mini and had it in my radar but after having just tested this Yamaha, I'd say I'd go with the Yamaha being you get a bit more of a fuller sound (in my humble opinion). I wish I could find it in different colors

    I don’t really think of Yamaha as a guitar company, more of a piano company. I have one of their basses and it’s not too bad, I prefer Rickenbacker though

      Yamaha may be the most influential guitar company after Martin/Gibson. A huge chunk of the folks playing today started on one. And they cover every price point from 100 dollars to ten thousand. A truly remarkable achievement.

  • @justinTime077

    Wait, I don’t understand the guitar. Does it have… a speaker?

    • @PMTVUK
      @PMTVUK  3 роки тому

      Yes! There’s a small speaker inside the guitar that outputs the ‘wet’ reverb and chorus signal, which mixes together with the acoustic sound of the guitar through the soundhole.
      Difficult to show off properly on a vid like this, but it sounds amazing in person. Hope that helps!

  • @happymontanamusic

    THere is no built-in speaker. it uses the wood

      The guitar was plugged in so we could record the electro signal, but with the exception of the last section of playing (which is labelled when it’s the electro-acoustic output) all of the audio you’re hearing was recorded via the Aston Origin condenser mic in front of the guitar, with a touch of compression added in post-production. Hope that helps!
