🌅 To All Customer , Very Important . Please keep your Purchase Invoice , Package Box . Ensure the outer most cover of your smart watch , contains model number , part number etc. to keep safely . Normally limited service centers active for Fireboltt due to several issues . Customers will get replacement unit from 10 days to 30 days , sometimes more than that . Replacement unit may be fresh unit , repaired unit , alternate color , alternate model . Make sure to take video while deliver replacement unit as a proof ( some times you will receive wrong product , charging cable missed , not functioning product , even damaged product too )
Upon receipt i found the Fire-Boltt invincible plus watch dial in offset.
The arrow was not in 12o clock position , 15 was not exactly right , 30 marker was not at bottom but a tilt.
I double checked this in vijay store on a demo piece; it was the same issue as above.
As anyone else noticed this ?

Bro, I am not getting notification after enabling the setting ON. Also when any incoming call is coming there is no sound coming from the phone? Is there any option to change it. One more doubt after getting notification, automatically light is not coming for any new message. this function is there or not. Kindly reply. 2 Days back i purchased Legacy
For notifications, open your mobile settings and go to notifications section...there you will see fit cloud pro app you need to enable notification from there....
For ringtone, you can enable media volume option from mobile Bluetooth settings
For light on notifications, yes, the light will not ON automatically...when you raise your wrist, then the light will ON and you can read the notifications
