    • @tonybadaboni
      @tonybadaboni 7 місяців тому +4

      I mean unless the crime they’ll charge you will give you death or life in prison, really no reason NOT to run (maybe moral but thats subjective). Really your advice should be “don’t commit crimes” but not all laws we agree with, I mean you definitely don’t abide by EVERY law. The system accepts leniency obviously we can’t charge and arrest everyone. Some cop will commit a crime and get away with it on the daily. Also illegal immigrants run, cause getting caught means being deported, so a huge incentive to run there. Really resisting arrest shouldn’t be a chargeable crime, assault should cover it. Cause people naturally don’t like to be put in handcuffs or jail cells, it’s stupid to make a law that people naturally will break. Different than other crimes, and also is usually used as an excuse for an unlawful arrest, “Oh you didn’t actually commit a crime? But you resisted me when I tried to arrest you, so thats your crime!”. Its really something you think about.

  • @jamesrobinson2138

    We seriously need to make consequences equal all the way across the board. Some people may make a mistake and it’s up to the discretion of the officer, if the officer makes a mistake it should be up to the discretion of the people. Like jury duty, 12 random local citizens review the case and make a determination. No more investigating themselves or qualified immunity. Law abiding people don’t care about criminals being held accountable but criminals aren’t the ones who created distrust between the public and the Leo’s. The Leo’s did that for constantly violating peoples rights.

    Anyone run from the Cops have something to hide. I have never been stopped and it has never crossed my mind to run or argued with them. I politely do what i am asked and be on my way. Once i got a ticket because i was speeding, i know i was and i was wrong, so i just sit quietly and received my ticket with humility. As long as we are living in America, my family and extended family and even our friends has never and i can honestly say never has a problem with the Cops. Honesty good morals, intergrity, respect and cooperation goes a long way and save heartache and pain. We are all black American and Caribbean.

    We need more leadership and enforcement like this Nationwide. Too many soft little feelings out there making everyone bend to their needs.
