The intervals for these videos being released is taking a long time compared to the other covers, but that only goes to show how much care is being taken for in the arc's covers/episodes. From this we can already get a good idea on how long the Frenni's arc will be: Since FNaF usually has 5 nights (with 2 extra night), I can suspect that each night will be reserved for the original members of the first FNaF game, with Mangle and (possibly) Willow saved for the two extra nights. Since the 2 episodes/covers we've gotten so far are ~5 mins in length, this could mean that in total, the Frenni's arc would probably be ~35 mins in length (5 mins for each of the 7 nights), of course this is only if every cover/episode follows the same formula as the first two. Since 7 episodes/ covers seems a bit too short compared to the other arcs (with the Among Us arc having 10 covers while the Sonic.exe arc has 12), I suspect that there will be extra covers/episodes that will make the arc longer, possibly including episodes that have Mag in the dayshift. While this may not be the exact approach the arc will go for, I still believe that something will happen in the arc to make it go past 7 episodes/covers. For the Lore: Following from the last episode/cover, Bonfie talks to her sisters about what happened on the 1st night with Mag and says that he wasn't like the others that worked here, even going as far to say that they should meet him. After coming back from... wherever he went to after the 1st night... Mag finally meets the main stage members properly and shortly after heads to the office so he can begin his nightshift, only to be stopped by Frenni after saying how she needs to ask him something. After bringing Mag out to the Dining Area, Frenni tells Mag that he must promise her to make sure that the customers don't get too close to the band while performing (for an unknown reason), and much to his reluctance, he accepts and gets hugged by Frenni. While digging deep into this part for a moment, this one part in particular seems to have a bit of connection to the Mag's Murders side story from the community posts. Judging by how Mag doesn't seem to care about how he would fulfill the promise of keeping the customers away, and how he didn't care about the murders on the community posts, this could imply that this was how the side story Mag's Murders began, especially since Mag is now familiar with most of the animatronics (still having yet to meet Fexa and Mangle). Continuing On (Lore Pt. 2): Back to the story, after hugging Mag, Frenni reveals that she knew about Mag and Bonfie's sing off in the 1st night and wanted to see if she could beat Mag. So in usual fashion, Mag accepts the sing-off from Frenni and wins, even receiving praise from her after it was over. Unfortunately the whole ordeal distracted Mag and caused the power to go out, which then caused Bonfie to enter the Dining Area and hug Frenni, due to Bonfie's fear of the dark. In a previous teaser we had a scenario where Mag wasted the restaurant's power, which led to Frenni entering the office and telling him to save power next time. In the same teaser after posting my analysis of it, Scare Face 1098 confirmed that Mag was spared this time because of how Frenni was busy taking care of one of the animatronics that were afraid of the dark, and based on my prediction of who this might've been in the first episode/ teaser, my presumption on Bonfie being the one afraid was correct. Although this moment was pretty short, it is a nice call back to the teaser, especially since it ties into the character's developing personalities. Before Mag could go to the generator room and restore the power, he gets warned by Frenni about someone he'll encounter once in the generator room, but he doesn't get phased by this at all and goes to restore power to the restaurant. After entering the generator room, Mag searches for the generator and gets ambushed by Type-0 (who is the Golden Freddy of this universe), who threatens to kill him unless he stated his name and business. Luckily, Mag gets spared after answering the questions, but before he can go and restore power to the building, he gets held up in the air by Type-0's ghost abilities as she restores the restaurant's power for him with the aforementioned abilities. Afterwards, Mag gets thrown out of the room and and goes back to Frenni and Bonfie still hugging each other, with both of them saying how it is almost 6AM. Before the time could hit, Mag goes back to the generator room and asks Type-0 if he can stay in the room with her for a while, the main reason being he has no where else to go. Type-0 decides for a moment, but ultimately allows Mag to stay, with him promising to not bother, and Type-0 realizing that he is not like the other employees at Frenni's. The episode/cover ends with both of them sleeping while the 6AM morning begins to rise. For the Music (1:13): I must admit this felt hollow to listen to, it's decent but nothing noteworthy for me to go back and listen to at my spare time. Frenni's voice is alright, fitting the tranquil atmosphere really well, although I am having trouble whether or not the part at 2:05 sounds good, something about it feels soulless to me. Mag's vocals don't sit right with me here either, he sounds decent through most of the parts, but his monotonous and deep voice mixed in with the upbeat joyful instrumental barely works at some points. This is basically the same situation as A_Wildflower's voice being used in lower pitched/ grim instrumentals, it CAN work, but it depends on how it's used, the same can be said for Mag's voice here. Overall it's not the best cover so far, but there are some aspects of it I can admire and appreciate, like how the characters move/react when singing a certain parts of the song, just like the last cover/episode. This episode/cover was amazing in the fact you brought back some of the stories in the community posts and incorporated them into the main canon, even if it's something small like Bonfie's fear of the dark. I'm glad that we've gotten more character interaction/personality here, seeing them develop in this episode alone. The song really didn't do much for me honestly, but I appreciate you for adding movement to the singing to make it feel more engaging to watch. One thing that had me interested was Mag getting flung but Type-0 out of the generator room, it was a fast-paced moment and I hope we get more of these somewhere in another episode/cover. With all that is happening in this arc, I can tell you will do an amazing job on telling and finishing this story. Music: 6.5/10 Episode:10/10 Overall: 9/10 Also: You tell me not to make any memes about this, but this entire arc is just one big fuel to the fire. On second thought- it's more of an Oil Rig than just fuel at this point. After I researched what FNC stood for, and what the entire thing was related too... I must ask...why?
We can talk about that on our group chat on ps if you're worried about what all of this stands for and why I chose this it's not because how characters are I just like how it's community is not the questionable thing but the wholesome side of it if that makes sense to you 😅
