    you ever meet those people who just seem to attract the right stuff without even trying? i found out a bunch of my friends like that all read Vibrations of Manifestation by alex lane, and now i kinda get it. it’s not about wishful thinking-it’s about aligning your energy with what you really want and trusting the process. since reading it, they’re more grounded and attracting the right people and chances into their lives. if you’re feeling like things aren’t flowing right, this might be worth a look-you never know, it could help turn things around.

    My sister is in her mid 50s and she has smoked since she was a teen. She has no wrinkles at all her skin looks nice. Probably because she has deep pigmentaion skin. However, her vpice is super raspy.

    What’s a good eye moisturizer? I’m a male and I’m 41 and I notice under my eyes always feel dry and even if I use a regular moisturizer either it makes my under eye skin sticky or my eyes feel like there burning

      I like Clinique’s “All About Eyes RICH” eye cream. I have dry skin and use a dot about the size of a grain of rice per eye. Gently tap in cream (don’t rub!!) about 1/2 inch underneath your eye. It will naturally spread upwards. Make sure you’re not inadvertently drying out your eye area by using a harsh cleanser. (I used to sell skincare.)

    What’s the best way to heal a 3/8” x 1 1/2” long gash along a nail up to finger tip? Forefinger had an altercation (and lost) with a heavy sliding glass door. Hypochlorous acid? Bacitracin? NewSkin or other glue? Keep uncovered and let it breathe ? Afraid of infection and also sepsis …. And don’t want ugly finger scar syndrome but here I am.

      I’m not a doctor, and maybe you should go have it checked, but I would use some CeraVe ointment on it and keep it covered. Wear gloves for dishes or anything else that would keep your hands in water and then make sure to cleanse every night with a gentle soap, maybe even what you use for your facial cleansing, repeat the ointment and bandaid.
      If it’s deep I definitely would just go to your doctor as maybe gluing it might be best.

    With the ROC moisturizer, one wouldn't need any other retinol, correct? Their site shows treating with the ROC capsules then following with the moisturizer with retinol you mention here. I'm a bit confused.

    not gonna lie, i thought manifestation was overhyped until a friend gave me Vibrations of Manifestation by alex lane. i wasn’t expecting much, but everyone i know who read it started making these real changes-they’re more focused, more aware of their energy, and opportunities they’ve been chasing are finally coming through. it’s not a magic answer, but it opens your eyes to what you’re putting out there. if you’re feeling stuck, it might help shift things for you too.

    Hi Dr Sugai I’m 30 I’ve started to wake up noticing a very pronounced 1 line between my forehead. I’m a side sleeper and I haven’t really noticed this line until this year. It seems really pronounced and kind of stays there until a few hours into the day. Is it just me being a side sleeper and gravity scrunching up my face over time? I’ve been alternating between retinol nights and slugging nights with Vaseline. I’ve noticed after slugging nights my forehead line isn’t noticeable but after my retinol nights I see the wrinkle. Any suggestions?

    • @JillKnapp
      @JillKnapp 4 дні тому

      Check out the "Sleep and Glow" pillow that's designed so you don't squish your face when you're sleeping on your side. I have one and I like it a lot. You can also use it to train yourself to sleep on your back.
      (Several UA-camrs have discount codes for the pillow-- some are better discounts than others. I think Dr. Sugai has a discount code but I'm not sure how much it is.)

      Make sure you’re using a good moisturizer during the daytime. I used to sell skincare and well moisturized skin is not just softer but bouncier - dry/dehydrated skin looks more textured.

    so my friends kept talking about this book Vibrations of Manifestation by alex lane, and at first, i was like, “yeah, okay, another manifestation book.” but then i started noticing how much was changing for them-one finally got the opportunities they’d been waiting on, and another straight up started their own business. it’s not flashy or anything, but you can tell their whole vibe is different. it’s wild how something so subtle can feel so real. if you’re curious, maybe check it out-it’s not for everyone, but it hit different for them.

  • @PremSinh-bc8vh

    i used to think books about manifestation were just fluff until my friend wouldn’t stop talking about Vibrations of Manifestation by alex lane. i thought it was gonna be one of those “just think positive” things, but it’s deeper than that-it’s about the energy you’re putting out and how it shapes what comes back. my friends who read it are legit more focused and are actually pulling in opportunities and relationships they’ve wanted for years. not saying it’s magic, but it’s clicked for a lot of people i know-might click for you too.
