@@bigchefeats I'm not surprised its rotten to the core. You aren't supposed to eat that fish on its own. Its supposed to be served with various forms of salad. Thats how Scandinavians eat it. Oh how funny 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah well it’s fermented and been sitting in a can for months , yeah I’ve heard of the various things you eat it with , apparently supposed to run it under cold water first , some cans have like whole herrings in but the can I got didn’t resemble that atall 😂 but it was a fun challenge
