Resonates so much. I'm often annoyed by the masses being hypnotized by politicians and the media, for which I'm less receptive. But then, I see myself stuck in believing the most horrible beliefs about myself, saying I'm horrible, unwanted, needy etc. Yes, they come from very nasty traumatic circumstances in the past, so they left a deep imprint. I understand that they are not who I am, but I'm still identified with them... Because they happened
