I’m pregnant during the holidays for the first time and last time my face poofed up so much I couldn’t look in the mirror. I’m really trying to avoid inflammation this season and this video is perfect even if my goal isn’t weight loss right now ❤
Due to a breakup 3 or 4 months ago, I actually lost a lot of weight (I didn't have any weight to lose), and I got plenty of sleep this Holladay season. I couldn't really eat, and when I got done with my responsibilities for the day, I didn't want to be awake. I look okay, I guess, but I'm weak and wounded. I just need somebody to not treat me that way ever again. All that having been said, I didn't relapse, so golf clap for Jordan, I guess.
I think it's mostly people being hard on themselves as we tend to notice things about ourselves that others wouldn't -- slight puffiness in your face, bloating, skin tone change, etc. They're all subtle differences that cause people (particularly a lot of women) to become more self critical
I definitely do. Extreme dieting in my teens and early 20s really stuffed me up. Whenever I eat carbs my body stacks it on even in one day (as it takes weeks to undo, it isn’t a temporary fluctuation of water weight) Reverse dieting when I was pregnant with my first helped greatly, my weight stabilised. But I still dread the holiday season due to past history. Pregnant with my third and really trying to fight the nausea as well as not put on too much weight is a struggle.

Just under 20 mins is plenty short. Good tips too.
My goal was 15 minutes D: But 20 is closer to that then the 30+ I usually do haha
Have you seen the news articles coming out about LMNT? That it has maltodextrin in it? I've always felt puffy when I take it!
I haven’t but if you want to be safe, their unflavored one has literally nothing other than sodium, magnesium, and potassium
First like, baby!! ❤
thank you for being so early!!!

I've never experienced or seen someone who has experienced a glow down during the holiday season but I imagine it's not the best thing to see
