    I love your content but I think you have misprinted a few of your answers on the test 2 #52 and #9 of test 2 also possibly more than those two as I'm checking my answers and cross referencing, please correct me if I'm wrong as I'm getting ready to take my cert test in a few weeks.

      Thanks. I’ll take a look. These are old question sets. Cross referencing, looking up the answers, to each question is great way to prep for test. I’ll eventually have new questions and there will be explanations for each question.

      dumbass me. Yes #52 is B, lay. #9 is A, use main hoist. Thanks for finding these typos. Please let me know if you find others.

    Can someone explain why these tests are rushed and on a timer? I have been an operator for 40 years and have lifted critical power plant turbines...this is ridiculous and unsafe to make it a rush...

      You are absolutely right! The last thing I want to do is rush the planning for a lift. I don’t know why but as long as I’ve worked with CCO it’s been a timed test.

      At Kiewit we would spend 3-4 weeks planning some jobs. Double, triple checking everything. Meetings (sometimes too many meetings), district manager approval, etc.
