Who God blesses ,no one can curse! Watching this brings a stream of tears to my eyes . How gr8 is our God! Eyes have seen, ears heard of the goodness of the lord through His Grace Arch Bishop Andrew Nkea. About 20 plus years ago, the Christians of Catholic church Bokwaongo appointed Him their 'Parish Priest." Our church wasn't a parish yet which means we couldn't have a Parish priest but a visiting priest on Sunday's. To my Bokwaongo congregation, this wasn't going to happen so we had an unofficial love agreement with our beloved Father Andrew .The agreement was that we will call him Our Parish Priest anyway. Our Father was so loved by all, He was the Bishop's secretary at the time but every opportunity he had, he was in Bokwaongo to make mass. Our small village church started having so much attention as people will leave from other parishes to attend Mass in Bokwaongo to listen to our Parish Priest preach. If you haven't listened to Him make a mass yet ,please do so and you won't regret it . Holy week is a must with His Grace, there is a special presence of God during those services. He was likable by all and his messages touched everyone like non other, we crowned Him as our Parish Priest by fire by force. We saw greatness in Him 20 plus years ago. We knew there was something special about our Parish Priest , it was so obvious that even the deaf and dumb could attest to him being the 'anointed one'. It was with so much joy when he was appointed Bishop of Mamfe but what blew our minds the most is His most recent appointment. Now we know for a fact that indeed The Arch Bishop , His Grace, Parish Priest of Bokwaongo church is indeed called by our almighty father to do great exploits for the Him. I know that it was God's glory upon His life that attracted the multitudes. As I watched many gathered in Bamenda to celebrate Him, I could only remember of a sermon that he preached in Bokwaongo more than two decades ago, the message was about " God's glory. " Our Parish priest in his humor and jovial nature asked the congregation, "do you know what glory is?" He proceeded to give instances in the bible where God revealed His glory . Additionally, he explained that a glimpse of glory will be when you see the Head of state of a country, the queen of England arrives and many are gathered to hail them and they're waving back to the crowd. With that being said, as I watched the multitudes of people gathered to welcome our own Parish Priest whom God elevated infront of our own very eyes, I could only see "the glory he preached of. " I could only imagine our Parish priest who came in every Sunday to preach driving the white Tercel. Then I asked myself one question, so all these people are gather to celebrate Our Parish Priest including government officials? God indeed cloth Him with His garment of honor, glory and praise. I am so honored to have known you and can boldly attest to His goodness in the life of Our beloved Parish Priest. Long live the Arch Bishop, long live the Igwe of NW/SW province. May our almighty God continue to protect our Archbishop, may you reign and role with wisdom. Long live Parish Priest of Catholic church Bokwaongo 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴. With no doubt, there is more to come . Please people you can't fight who God has called.
