fantastic demonstration of these standing poses. The utkatasana is a wonderful demonstration of this difficult pose and you make the inhale up and float back after it look so easy (which it is not at all). Any plans to put all these segments together into a DVD?
@Charles, my pleasure..Namaste to you both. A DVD would probably be best for me. But I might be in the minority, as I think most folks would have a better internet speed than mine :)
I think this video is ideal for yoga teachers like me, it's uncluttered - not 'teaching grandma how to suck eggs'! And Maria's voice is lovely - doesn't grate at all. just the very light touch you sometimes need for encouragement to just do the full primary practice. Especially if you practice other forms of Yoga too. Only issue for me is a less than ideal internet connection speed to buy it.
