Making mine now but please I need help, after joining the upper part to the lower part at what point did you turn the armhole. Please i urgently need to finish this dress.
@@SaraF66 The sides of the dress would have your actual gown length. But the center would be longer. So measure and trim the center front & center back to be equal with the sides. If you don’t have a mannequin, you can trim it on the table.
Hello silem thank you so much for this tutorial. The point where you marked 1 inches for the front dart can I make mine 1.5 just as you did in your bustier with yoke tutorial. I am also having issues with the bust cupping well, what can be the issues.
You’re welcome! Yes, you can increase the dart intake for the bustier if you have a bigger bust. For the bustier issues you’re having, I’m working on a bustier course. Hi silem am confused,at what point did you turn the armhole. Really beautiful
I trimmed & turned the armhole after joining the front piece to the back piece
It really nice I love it, but can I cut both the half length and the skirt together?
You can try
Can I use lace material for this style ?
Yes, you can
Can I add hard net for the gathers to stand more
Sure
I just finished sewing mine with the help of your video
It came out very fine😍
Wish I can send it for you to see
Please ma, should this Dart be use for all body sizes.
If no ,can you please tell us how to alter this dart for different burst.
If you’re bustier, you can increase the darts by half inch or one inch
