Fester´s Quest NOOSE GLITCH

a potential tool to speedrun? we need to explote this crazy thing hahaha
I dont know the "correctly" way to activate this, but i think this is:
1- Hit whit Whip...
2- When see "animation whip", put Noose button (dont activate nothing)
3- Activate Noose (full animation or skip no matter) + hold direction pad, on star hole, put UP-Pad button
4- Hit again whit Whip and teleport anotger area...
i dont know hot to 100% control this, but this can be useful...
