Thanks Travis. This actually went under contract at slightly more than my recommendation and Assessement. The buyer is a former client of mine and we discussed it at length. After reviewing all the footage that I sent him in raw format, he walked the property with the seller and decided to make an offer. I would say that this was a very special property and even though it went above market values the scarcity factor and the rarity factor did play in. It’s hard to find property with the lay of the land like this property has. So sometimes I can push Properties to the higher end of the spectrum. In the end but the seller and the buyer were very satisfied and that’s what it’s all about. I hope you keep following my videos and if you wouldn’t mind hitting share that would be great.
