Berlanga isn't on Plants level. Easy food . Plant was a top contender , champion. But I will say Plant needs to come back and two step up fights and become a champion again. Berlanga needs more in angles, cutting the ring ,and cardio.

TBH, I stopped caring about the whole zero thing once guys get to the elite level (like top 5 or higher in their division, which is where Plant is now).
Im so tired of boxers ducking each other for years to protect that zero its such BS and totally ruined the sport for a while. People should be glad there's finally guys willing to out their zeroes at risk and really fight the best out there without any BS dehydration clauses or fighting dudes with big names that are like 2 or 3 weight classes smaller.

As a puerto rican. I think Berlanga should fight Plant, Munguia and Benavidez before fighting Canelo. If he beats all of them, that should prove his worth. But going straight for Canelo is not gonna give him the respect he needs. Yeah he's powerful, but he hasn't beaten anybody yet. Work on your resume first and beat the top fighters.
