Severe storms bring eighteen tornado warnings; two tornadoes confirmed

- Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) - Western New York endured a record-breaking 18 tornado warnings Wednesday as torrential rain and high winds slammed the region.
A pair of tornadoes touched down in the Buffalo area - one in the town of Eden in Erie County, and another in the hamlet of Forestville in the town of Hanover in Chautauqua County. A third tornado was confirmed to have touched down briefly in Darien, Genesee County.
