Hello 👋 I did respond to your other comment. I believe you commented twice, so I should have responded to both. We are not the agents for this property, so if you look in the description, you will see the agents details (Gabriel) and he will be able to give you more information. Many thanks and all the best with your search! ☺️
We believe the existing AC system offers a versatile, effective and silent solution for maintaining a comfortable indoor climate, and the price is in line with the actual market prices. To provide you with a more accurate estimate and discuss your preferences, I would recommend scheduling a viewing to show everything in detail and discuss potential negotiation.
It is a nice property. I was wondering, if you buy that property with all the olive trees and the grapevines, do you need any special permits or registration or anything else like that in order to be allowed to sell the produce? Can you hire people for the harvest without a massive amount of paperwork? Are you allowed to remove the olive trees and the grapevines if you don't want them? If the olives and grapes are also a source of income, then why don't you mention that in the videos? hahaha or is that common knowledge that only I don't know? In any case I would be very interested to see a video that explains a bit more about the farming aspect and how it works with harvesting and selling the produce and all the paperwork that need to be done, and how much money the average produce or harvest represents. With consideration that not all years produce the same amount of harvest. I mean, I am looking for an indication, not for exact numbers. Right now I am not interested to buy any property. But I am curious enough to tip my toe in the water in order to feel how warm it is. Until recently I was totally unaware that you can still buy a decent size property in Portugal or Spain for a reasonable price. And it might be something that I am interested in somewhere in the future. For now I try to learn more about the rules and regulations, and what the possibilities are in Portugal. I would be happy to see written reply here in the comments or a video in which you explain a bit more about the farming aspect. Thanks anyway 👍
@@sandiecroftartstudio4769 I agree with you, but it doesn't hurt to ask a person who has personal experience. I also don't speak Portugese. And I think that many other people who are just discovering these possibilities would love to know a little more about that aspect as well. To me the source of income aspect only seems to be a good selling point. Personally I am absolutely flabbergasted. I am from the Netherlands, and if you want to buy any property at all with some land you have to be a millionaire. A small scale fruitfarm is not even feasible here in the Netherlands unless it is an existing family business that goes from one generation to the next. Here we have a huge shortage of houses and space. If things seem unimaginable and impossible you don't even think or consider about the possibility. But if you can have a reliable source of income things can become possible.
@@insAneTunA Same in UK - need to be rich or live somewhere really bloody cold and wet to own even a little bit of land to park your car. These channels do help to expand the realms of possibility for many who may have been educated in a mainstream fashion and may never have considered something so ''out of the norm''. Best of luck to you, whatever you decide to do. The only ''wrong'' thing is to never try anything!! 😀
Thank you for your feedback. This is a traditional Portuguese house. The bathrooms are is very good condition and extremely clean, there would be no need to change them, unless your style is different.
