- This LEGO Engraving Machine can engrave ANY image on the surfaces of Apples and Eggs (and probably more).
The robot is programmed using python.

There is a Lego lathe that handle ‘oase’ (that green stuff to put flowers in). I think that has a better/finer structure than styrofoam.

Thank you! I use blender for all 3D animations. It's free and pretty easy to use.

Very cool video! I must say though, as someone who does a fair amount of machining, the runout on that tool was physically painful for me.
Haha I get that and I'm sorry! It was nearly impossible to get it perfectly still, since there wasn't a single lego piece that fit perfectly around it and I already did use some sort of clamping stand to hold it perfectly in the center of a lego brick while gluing it in.
For sure, even if you glued it perfectly, Lego isn't exactly designed for low runout applications :P still an awesome project!

@@CreativeMindstorms ja iK kreeg gelijk een melding binnen! Je maakt zo’n goede video’s met een zieke kwaliteit! Ga zo door! Vraagje hoe maak je aan het begin zo’n mooi ontwerp op de computer met welk programma doe je dat? Dat kan ik namelijk ook misschien gebruiken voor m’n video’s!
Heel erg bedankt! Ik gebruik Blender om de simpele 3D animaties te maken. Het is helemaal gratis en redelijk makkelijk te gebruiken. Veel succes!
