@@devlandiablo it doesn’t matter why, actively and noticeably staring at someone is creepy and rude. Especially as a woman it can be nerve racking. I’ve had people active stare at me in stores on the streets etc. mostly kids who have probably rarely ever seen a person with deformities and disabilities but it’s still rude. Staring at someone it just is. Like use your words, have a question, don’t know where he knew her from, don’t stare just ask, “hey do I know you from somewhere?” Or “I’m soo sorry for staring I just I’m trying to remember where I recognize you from” can do amazing at alleviating nerves and or fear.
