Nicely done! I was at Gull a month ago for a vacation and man what a beautiful body of water. I normally fish in the metro and the bite is nothing compared to the fishing up there 🤘🏻
Awesome Golden Walleye. My son and I were just out at the river this last weekend in Southern MN on the Blue Earth River brought home 5-19 inch Walleyes so much good eating. walleye got to be my favorite. When that bite is down always catch Carp and Suckers to keep yah busy. Weight leader and hook and worm catches them every time. Lots of guys are using the double tail white twisters and having good luck also. Keep it up.
Great video. I just purchased a few of these jiggin raps and haven't had much luck yet. Another video I saw them in didn't show much of the action on how to use them so i'm feeling like I have to give it another shot next time i'm up at my lake. Thanks Murda
There is a lot of walleye It just is the water clarity and the amount of baitfish that are in there they don’t eat very much they said on bottom all day long there a tough species to get
Technically, if you read the MN fishing rules and regulations, it is illegal to keep a fish that is snagged. Just a heads up if you did not know since you are putting this on video.
Have you ever fished for sunnies up at Gull? , Me and my grandpa have caught some pretty nice ones. Haven't really tried walleye fishing at Gull that much.
Luke Haglund I’ve had great luck in MN throwing a chatterbait with a paddle tail trailer on overcast days. Sunny days are tough but my go to is a Yum 4” tube in a natural color like watermelon candy. Fish it slow near the bottom unless you find some willing eaters then you can work it quicker with a twitch and fall swimming action. Crankbaits can also work great, work them erratically with rips and pauses and don’t hesitate digging them into the bottom or into the tops of weeds and ripping out.
Luke Haglund I’ve done really well on buzzbaits, whopper ploppers, or walking baits in the morning but a few hours after sunrise it slows down a lot. It all depends on the weather conditions, the water temp, and the lake you are on. Don’t be afraid to experiment. I’ve also done well on deeper flats (8-15 feet) throwing smaller bucktail jigs and swimming them near the bottom.
Same hear. It's starting to cool down out here in the mountains and I'm getting excited. I kind of hate this time of year because the suspense tortures me until first ice!!
Thanks for switching it up dood. I finally unsubscribed to AP’ channel. Since whatever happened all his videos and guests have been garbage. So ready for ICE!

Not on gull lake they don’t have a slot
Blake Rose That’s crazy. Is there a dense population of walleye?

Let's go western ny man!!!
He snagged that fish and kept it. That's not legal.
Awfully ballsy to toss that snagged one in the live well on camera, I know the MN DNR have harassed people for less.
Loved the video my friend
Like 243 from me ⭐⭐⭐
Hi
Do they taste better when you snag them?
I would like to see you fish with me next.
Need help with my Fall bass. #MICHIGANLARGEMOUTHS

@@Lurtz14301 yeah. Watermelon senko was my best luck. Everyone says top water for Fall, just hasn't been producing.
