Thanks to your video I was able to eliminate this annoying noise, I also discovered that the rear noises are caused by the trunk to which, by adding felt pads under and around the case, they disappear, another modification is to put a rubber under the side stand because when you travel along roads with uneven asphalt this hits iron against iron, here with these modifications the Forza 350 becomes truly silent.
Glad that my video helped you out mate 👍. I am not surprised that you had to delve further into the bike to eliminate rattles. But glad that you found the issue and rectified it. 💪 Safe riding 😎
Thanks for the idea! there always a drama on rattles but it sure is good to ride without the vibe issue. i had put up with it from the very first ride so its more peaceful on the scoot and best of all -no dealer involved. all the best and thanks again for the clip on how to get the offending plastic undone
thanks and i had 4 goes at it too...lol i bet it would be a real nightmare to pull and replace all that plastic. at least in the end i got rid of the vibe/rattle which has plagued me from day 1.. pretty good and much quieter to ride too. i had the rattle/vibe on another clip but shot this one with the new gopro10 and as usual had issues with the old camera files.
yeah that a good one. i'd say a fair bit of plastic removal involved on that task. i'm sort of happy in the front end section but in time i will most likely upgrade the rear shocks
Hi. Great video I have the same problem for the last 3 years. Bike from new. Did you remove the panel to put the foam in to stop the rattling or did you just jam a piece of foam between the casing?
no i actually pulled the panels apart. i tried the heavy duty foam but still got the buzzing the rattle itself was deep inside the front section so had no choice there
@@alwaysonthemove1510better to just take your time and go in from the screen and work your way through. another guy on the tube had similar issue. you might like to type in honda forza 350 windscreen rattle. i tried his fix and it didnt work as mine was in a different spot but in the end i got it
Yes a friend of mine has the same issue I'll pass on your video thanks very much. I thought you may have got out some black silicone. I also own a Forza. How much do they retail for in Australia? Here they are 171,500 baht $7,220 aud

@@ridewithwarro my pleasure 👌🏻
Good job mate. Careful persistence paid off. I'm amazed at the number of engineered panels in that front end!

Congratulations on solving your vibration problem. Those noises can be tough to track down.
thanks-pretty happy with the end result and your right. it did end well with a fix to the problem plus nothing broken...lol
Useful stuff, thanks. I wonder how much digging it takes to change the fork oil ...

@@ridewithwarroOk cheers .It solved your problem .
@@alwaysonthemove1510 that it did. dont know why honda didn't fix it themselves
It’s annoying , trying to explain this to a mechanic is hard work .

roughly aud$10,000
Thanks 👍🇨🇦
all good
It is because you have another windscreen which is more heavy than original
jst mainly plastic vibration which once tracked down can be reduced
Haha that’s awesome I went fishing got no fish
the trouble with fishing-sometimes there is too much water...lol
@@ridewithwarro that’s it mate how agree going again Sunday
