@@LilMissJBStyle Don’t judge me 🤣🤣🤣 But I slapped on some black leather pants with a leather vest that had a tulle trim with a cute pair of black ankle boots with decorative black jewels & called it a day with my biggest winter 🧥 coat!!! None of my normal cute wedding outfits were winter attire!! Lol
I have a silly question-
How do you know when to buy new clothes or when to stop buying clothes? You seem to have millions of outfits lol. Do you resale things, give away how do you balance it!

Great question! I actually start each year with a no spend month. Also since going full time I work with a few brands who send me pieces in exchange for content. When it comes to buying clothes there's no real logic honestly it's a feeling that I have when a piece will work well to fill a gap or add more fun to my style. Keep in mind a lot of these clothes I've also had for YEARS so I buy with the intention to keep my pieces for a long time meaning I don't feel the need to shop often.
I do a closet clean out 2-3 times a year to make sure anything that isn't working for me is taken out. I have an in person closet sale happening here in Detroit on the 17th of February. Otherwise most of my stuff I list on Poshmark or give to friends/family.
@@LilMissJBStyle - thanks for the breakdown - I asked because you have a lot of large pieces Sweater Dresses , Coats, large Boots (large in space no shoe size lol) and I know organizing and remembering what you have can be difficult!
Real quick: about three years ago I bought some boots from *THE NORTH FACE* threw them in my closet… 2 years later I’m surfing the internet I see some cool boots on The North Face - I buy them; once I get the shoes I say “these look too familiar 🤔 “ I go in my closet and I magically have two pair of the exact same boots lol. I forgot I had already purchased the shoes three years earlier. And I don’t have a lot of shoes maybe 15-20 currently!!
