Awe. Thank you. I am off for a weekend of fishing and this clip is EXACTLY what I need. Thank you. Looking forward to some great catches and releases 😁
Once again great video well done. Managed to catch a few on fixed trace but then I make my trace longer more than a meter. Gonna try the sliding sinker rig
Thanks so much for the video. Great info. If i fish in the river, do i need to bleed the bloodworm dry as well? I just need confirmation. I am a new angler who fell inlove with fishing recently. Thanks again
Hi, if the worm is around 15, 20cm then not, Only those bigger one if they are really hard, it's sand. But normally in estuaries, they are smaller.. you put one a whole worm
@@saltaholic5235 Noted, and i appreciate your reply. Like i said, i am new to this beautiful thing called fishing, and it seems to be all i want to do these days :) Stywe lyne sir!
This works 100% with the float on the dacron, just make it slim and it will pull right through. A fixed trace will deffenitely work, i just prefer sliding, but like they say there's 100 ways to kill cat
Mono leader .70mm about 1.5m, hook snoot is between .50mm to 60mm about a meter.. i like to fish lighter so i would go with .45mm and a 2/0, if there is reef in the water i would go .55mm to 60mm
Thanx Ozzy, appreciate it. I also learn a lot fron Xander, and his video's are tops
Awesome. Thanks for the tips. Looking forward to targeting a Steenie soon!

Nice vid and thx for sharing your trace setup. Sure will try the Dacron dingle.
Recently started watching your video's, very nice channel 👍🏻. I also use Xander's dingle dangles, have massive success on them.

How do you prepare prawn for steenbras
Would have love to see you do it with the float on. Do you pull the worm over the float?

I noticed you fish bettys bay allot, is there an area that side where you can pump blood worm?
Hi JP! Please send me a inbox on the Saltaholic facebook page🤙
Yeah, is there a spot to pump worm and prawn in Betty's ?
Would one get the odd blood worm hole on any beach?? I've never really taken note...
Not any beach no, only here and there..just ask around wherever you fish, same with white mussel
Nice video 👍👍
