You're the first I've seen talk about By the Fireplace! It is my absolute fav. Wears long, and I get a lot of compliments. Aerin came out with one called Amber Musk that is similar, but more of a summertime vibe. Love it!

Funny that you mention that Flowerbomb gives you younger vibes. I love Mon Guerlain. When they came out with the rose one I wanted to try this one in the store. The woman at the counter told me ‘this sent is more for young people, Mon Guerlain is made for teenagers not for older women like us’ I know I’m not young anymore but I don’t think I’m to old for Mon Guerlain at 38.. She also told me ‘Flowerbomb was a better choice for mature women like us’ (What make it even worst that she was in her 60, you understand I went to another store to try it out)
I think the lady at perfume counter doesn’t know what she’s talking about.

I'm lucky- "Cloud" lasts longer than "Coco Mademoiselle" on my skin. I never gave celebrity fragrances a fair chance, I only like a few ones.. but this scent is so good and the performance absolutely incredible on me. Thank you for the lovely video 🖤

I just wanted to say that, one of your reviews featured Layered: Mia’s Blend...I was instantly intrigued, visited the site and to my surprise, it’s comparable to Myrrh & Tonka by Jo Malone! I’ve been wanting that for a while now. Anyways, ordered that and First Kiss Exclusive & I cannot wait for them to arrive!! This perfume obsession is so pricy lmao, but smelling good is just my favorite hobby.

By the fireplace is one of my FAVORITE fragrances! Alexandria fragrances actually makes a dupe for the fragrance!!!! Called campfire nights and it is ridiculously similar. 95% close if you ask me

When I wear flowerbomb I smell only like patchouli so I gave it to my daughter and when she wears flowerbomb its smells like beautiful flowers. Goes to show that everybody has their own reaction and chemistry for perfume.

@@rhodadarville261 Oh gosh! I like to wear perfume 24/7! So if it stayed on my bed sheets I would be okay with it. I like to smell sexy. My fave right now is Versace Noir. It just matches my body chemistry so well!

Hi Karina, I also love First kiss by Layered! I got Delina body cream and hair perfume for my birthday and I layer it with first kiss, because in Canada as I'm sure you know Delina PDM is over $400, which is way out of my price range. So using first kiss with the two Delina products and layering them all together works perfectly!
I love Scandal and Flowerbomb. I wear both anytime because I love them so much. I haven't tried Layered yet but the description of First Kiss sounds like something I'd wear. Tfs💕

Hi I love your UA-cam page!! Have you ever tried Alexandria fragrances??? I just tried Lady Diana which is a dupe for Delina and ooommmmgggg, better than first kiss or real Delina! It’s more fresh and not as tart! You need to try. Also, interplay and interplay extrait are dupes for BKR 540! Sooo good!

La vie est belle by Lancome is my most complimented perfume of all time! The sillage is monstrous that I was walking down the street and the person several feet away from me smelled it, she walked towards me and asked me what perfume I was wearing. Close second would be my Hypnotic Poison by Dior.

I love this perfume too from Lancôme. However I got a negative compliment from my boss that I should stop wearing it because he couldn’t stand the sweet/fruity smell on it. Pity on him 😱🙄😂

Just Esh they are both so different!!! Prada candy is straight dark chocolate and caramel! Super warm scent. The layered dark temptations is also very warm with hints of a dark chocolate tone. If you want something a little more woodsy, almost like a mix of Cologne and perfume then I would say definitely layered. If you want more sweet, chocolate then Prada.

I also just discovered Replica's By the Fireplace and I'm in love.....may have to put that on my Christmas list. Have you tried the new Bottega Veneta - Illusione? It smells so good Great fall winter scent. It's also going on my Christmas list. I also just discoverd Nest fragrances and purchased Midnight Fleur - great scent for fall/winter as well.

Great video. I’m very interested in Layered now, thanks for the recommendation! Just curious how many sprays you do on average? I never get compliments and don’t know if it’s because I don’t spray enough or live in an area where people don’t compliment.
You definitely need to try layered. The quality of the perfumes is top!!!
As for how many sprays, it honestly depends on the actually perfume.
Normally I do about 4 sprays and if it’s an intense I’ll do two. I think it might be the people lol 😝
Same with me. I started to think people were scared of me 🤣. The only compliment I ever received was while wearing Delina exclusif.

I tried de “By the fireplace” I hated ☹️ I loved the Smokey notes but I think that after it settles the vanilla scents is so strong... I don’t like it. I hate it.
I wish, wish, wish I got along with Mon Guerlain. Unfortunately my body chemistry doesn't work with it ☹. I want to try it again just to make sure because of the way you described it 😊
Anita Patel oh no!! It’s a really beautiful scent but again perfum works so different on everyone. Check out the new intense version of Mon Guerlain, it may work better for you. If that doesn’t work check out Ariana Grande cloud, totally different scent but have that same soft, gentle powdery vibe.

I agree with first kiss… even though i have delina and delina exclusif …
First kiss is an inspiration for Delina by perfume demarly. I have it but never smelled Delina. It has to grow on me because it comes off a little sour.
If you have the layered version save yourself the $400 because they smell exactly the same. I have both and on the skin it’s very hard to tell the difference.
On me it comes off very powdery so less is definitely more because if I spray too much it becomes a little nauseating.
When I spray the right amount it’s honestly one of the most beautiful, gentle secrets I own.
Karina Waldron hi there do you have oud bouquet and if you do, how does it compare to dark temptation?
In my opinion, Cloud smells like lavender, fruit, and whipped cream. BR540 smells like burnt sugar, latex and woody notes. I don’t understand the comparison.
Erin Curry after reading your description I actually agree with you. The dry down is on the whipped cream for sure. Unfortunately I still haven’t had the chance to try BR540 to compare.

Hey. I can't seem to find the Rihanna one that you mentioned. Have you tried the Rihanna Nude? It's in the same bottle but a tan color. I saw it in shoppers but I'm not able to smell it because there's never a tester

I really like Nude, it’s a beautiful skin scent , I find it’s a great just everyday fragrance
I love perfume but I'm also a manager in an office and there are times and places for perfumes. One of my part time receptionists heavily wore AG cloud on a 93 degree weather day in the office when our AC was out and all we had was industrial fans blowing as we were patiently waiting on the AC repair crew. I had so many complaints on the smell. We all thought something was burning because when too much is applied it does have a burnt plastic smell smokey smell. The smell was so loud and suffocating that one employee got so sick he went pale as a ghost and violently lost his lunch in his trash can and had to go home. He told me if he ever smelled that smell again he would clock out and go home without saying a word. I of course had to say something to my receptionist because I'd rather me say something than 15 other angry employees telling her. I can't stomach cloud or BR 540 because of that one instance. This is a perfume that has been banned from our office unfortunately.

Hi, I just subscribed to your channel. I am looking to lean about different perfumes out there. Happen to see you in my feed so thought to check you out. I was wondering if you have tried anything with Lemon and Verbena? My co worker wears this type but would not tell us the brand but I have no clue what it is. It smells so soft, light refreshing. Hope that you might have an idea.

Has Flowerbomb been reformulated? Bought my first in 2017, fresh and lovely. Bought another this year, cloying and fleeting. Both from Macy's, both the original edp. I compared them side by side on each wrist on two different days. It's either reformulated or I got a bad batch if that's a thing.
Maria Darling the one I have is from last year so it’s possible that they did change up the formula. I just find it too sweet on my skin

Ailin Ell I have tried the Burberry one and I honestly don’t think it smells anything like baccarat Rouge. Ariana’s is very very similar
Hi Ainlin, Just had to reply because I have tried both and I love them both. Ariana's perfume smells 98.5 % like Burberry Her on the dry down only ( may 2 - 2.5 hours post spray). The initial spray of Ariana's is great, but I would never have imagined that it would dry down that way ( which is still great, just unexpected). Burberry Her smells pretty much the same as the first spray throughout.

@@Kuralai95 Short answer, yes. I do love Her though and can't wait for more under 65 degree days. Ariana's could be a better option for warmer days because it's a little lighter than Her until the dry down. But even Ariana's isn't ideal for summer or warmer spring days.
