Lauren's reactions to the ads are me everytime I happen to see one. I was replaying an old game with a limited amount of levels and every single time I finished one, even a short one.... AD! The state of mobile game ads in games trying to attract children is insane and NEEDS new laws to stop it. The EU, at least, or UN should work together to abolish these threats to child online safety.
I feel we get too many ads in mobile games. Like I know they want more peoples to play them. But it’s just too many! There could be a chance of a CHILD seeing those kinds of ads! That they SHOULDN’T be seeing!

Kids are naturally curious about the forbidden stuff. I know I was, myself. I wish ads for mobile games were actually honest more often and not so explicit. Those "99% can't reach pink colour" were uncreative and rage bait, but at least they were harmless. Before I had UA-cam Premium, I was unlucky enough to sometimes get these inappropiate ads. But at the very least, most that I see now on another computer without Premium is advertisement for random products (such as makeup), commercials for series, and such. Most are in my country's language. So Sweden has mostly safe ads on UA-cam, I guess. I wish mobile games for kids would now have safer ads! And stop showing them every 15 seconds.
You have to feel bad for Editor Emily in this video, not only does she also have to see this, she has to blur it meaning she gets to see it multiple times while editing it to be blurry
10:34 I had the same reaction when I got a similar (but way worse) game ad, it suddenly started playing loud moans 😱 I was sat out in public with my grandparents, I instantly held the lower volume button on my phone while fake coughing to cover up the sounds. Luckily my grandparents have trouble hearing, so they only heard my coughing 🤣
