He went back & asked "Say we both have a podcast im geting $20k for shoutout & you getting $45k, isnt it important to have conversations about money to know what the standards are to help one another". She literally answered 10 minutes before to your first question & said if her and a friend are doing similar deals they may do some checks and balances to see if they are being offered fairly... Become a better listener. So many hear what what they want to hear to try to combat their perception instead of trying to understand. Her point about money is sophisticated, it's not needed to disclose your pockets with most people because you will enter a reality of being abused, but for checks & balances and financial literacy ofc she'll discuss money at that appropriate time. Hear what she's saying, not what you want to hear.

This was a phenomenal interview and Jordyn looks stunning! I can however sense a LOT of mistrust in the way she approaches business, friendships, etc. you can't scale your business and be involved in every single step. Praying she continues to align with the right people who can break down that hesitation.

I think her point about money was more on a holistic level. I think what she meant was keep your finances private around your friends if it is not relevant. Don't talk too loudly about your bread if it is not relevant. I believe thats what she meant. Obviously a business deal that needs financial details to be shared then yes discuss it. I don't believe she was gatekeeping information.

Great conversation. Jordyn should really reach out to Whoopi Goldberg, Rosie O'donnell and Sherri Sheppard to get some guidance on the importance of sharing how much you are paid for promotional ad, a job etc. especially amongst women. Women are already underpaid compared to men for the same job.
She is big enough to not be a brand ambassador for Christian Dior.
